I had a great experience in the service department. They took good care of my SUV checked everything over. They found another issue and took care of it. I was very pleased. I would give them five out of five. The young lady was very courteous and sweet. Couldn’t ask for anybody better.

Horrible service department!
Dirty waiting area, service team do not know what they are talking about and make xx up as they go along. Took 3 hours for an oil change when I had this appointment scheduled a week in advance to do maintenance, new battery and find out why underneath the car is creaking when I make turn or drive slow over small bumps. They told me it could be clips I have on AC vents inside car! Gave me a print out for maintenance in kms instead of miles and put a sticker on windshield that didn't match the maintenance in their printout or my maintenance book that came with my car that I bought brand new. I had service at this location 3 years ago and had no problems. I will never go back to have anything done to my vehicle or ever consider purchasing another vehicle from them. Very poorly managed now.
