I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned S580 from Mercedes-Benz of West Covina, and I want to especially thank Zaryab Choudhry for making the entire experience outstanding. The car was first listed online without photos and with a generic “black interior” description. Over the phone, Zaryab went the extra mile to personally check and confirm that it actually had a beautiful white interior. He shared all the details I needed and even showed me the car in the back parking lot before it ever reached the showroom. We locked the deal the same day. Despite the challenges with financing due to the car’s price, Zaryab worked hard to secure a loan for me and was very generous with my trade-in value. After the test drive, I had a few concerns about the car. Zaryab coordinated with the service department, made sure the issues were addressed, and even test-drove the car himself afterwards to confirm everything was resolved. Throughout the process, he was professional, responsive, and patient, answering all of my many questions and calls. His honesty and dedication gave me complete confidence in my purchase. If you’re considering buying a Mercedes, I highly recommend asking for Zaryab. He truly cares about his customers and delivers a top-notch experience.

This dealership is a total scam and the worst experience

This dealership is a total scam and the worst experience I have ever had with any car dealer. Mercedes-Benz of West Covina does not care about their customers AT ALL. The sales person is a complete liar who will say anything to get you to sign the deal, then disappear the moment you have an issue. They scammed me on the registration of 2 cars At the time of signing, they told me the first year’s registration would be included. Three months later, they completely flipped on me and stuck me with the bill. That’s fraud, plain and simple. When I confronted Andrew about it, he saud you can considered it as a scam( i have proof if that) and when I tried to get the general manager involved, it was even worse he ignored me completely, showing that customer complaints mean NOTHING to this dealership. This place is a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz brand. They are liars, scammers, and completely unprofessional. Once they take your money, you’re on your own. Don’t be fooled by their fake promises. If you value honesty and respect, stay as far away from Mercedes-Benz of West Covina as possible. They are the definition of shady business

Stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place. The service was awful. For starters I was very much pressured into buying the car even know I wanted to sleep on it for a night. I do not blame the sales guy as he was trying to close a deal, but I did not receive that same pressure at Fletcher Mercedes Benz Newport Beach. Besides the pressure I was sold a certain warranty and then later realized I was not given the warranty I was told I would have. It took weeks and weeks to resolve this and at the end of the day the dealer never fully fixed it. I had to deal with the warranty company myself to get it activated. Also, I was told I had to get the Zurich Shield which is a protective ceramic style coating. The car did not look like it had it applied so I took it in to get reapplied and they simply just didn’t do it. The claimed they did but it was obvious they didn’t. The car was given back to me dirty and the inside wasn’t even wiped down, so how could they have done it? Do yourself a favor and go to a better dealer. There is a reason why Mercedes Benz of West Covina is 3.6 on Google and Fletcher Mercedes Jones is 4.3 Stay far far away! The worst!

Rude people.

Rude people. Mario hanged up on me. Ray promised a call in 3 minutes . Never happened. Their dealership seems to be cover business. I l report them to mb North America . Be carefully

I recently purchased a 2022 preowned EQS.

I recently purchased a 2022 preowned EQS. My sales rep was Ali Abbou. From my very first interaction, Ali was great and ready to give me his utmost attention. He followed through on every promise and his commitment to customer satisfaction was outstanding. It was a complicated deal but not because of him. If he wasn't the one helping, I am almost sure I would not have bought from them. His manager Ray Fini was also respectful and committed to customer service. If you ever want to buy from that dealer, ask for Ali or Ray and I am 100% sure you will get the service you deserve. The car is my first electric vehicle and my 750 BMW looks pale now. Thanks Ali for all your help!
