My new 2025 explorer experienced a warranty issue while

My new 2025 explorer experienced a warranty issue while we were traveling to Texas. Thankfully it happened as we were going by The Everett Ford dealership. We were able to make it to the service department and within minutes they knew the issue. Apparently the new cars send the problems codes through WIFi and it shows up on the service writers computer. He called a service technician and he took the car back and had it fixed in 1.5 hours and we were able to continue on our trip.

Buying a new or used vehicle from Everrett Ford!!

We have bought 6 new vehicles from Everrett Ford since 2019! We drive almost 3 hrs to there . People can't believe it but you can't beat their prices!! Plus I have the best sales person Stacy makes it all worth the drive!!

Never again

I bought a vehicle from Everett Ford on May 20, 2022. When discussing the warranty they quoted what the silver and platinum packages were and since the silver was in my price range I said ok. When I received my paperwork I saw it was double and marked platinum. I was also told the finance company required gap insurance. I should have stopped there but said ok. However, I decided to call the finance company when I saw the cost. They said they did not require gap. When I asked the finance people at Everett they basically called me a liar and said they did not say that. I have perfectly good hearing and I would never have agreed to add that much to my purchase which ended up being 5500.00. I did not appreciate being called a liar either. The talked over me and were very rude. However our sales rep was extremely nice. I will not be back to this company.

Been buying vehicles here when it was Landers for 25 years never had a problem bought a 2021 Edge ST an it was absolutely filthy inside an out

Great experience

If you are in need for a vehicle I would highly recommend Everett Ford in Benton. Trace Collie would be the salesman to see. He was very thorough and helpful in finding what I needed to buy. Great experience.

Bad customer service

Worst parts department, the people are rude and they just don't "CARE" if you get your parts. I have had several people tell me that this dealership doesn't want to work on warranty parts or they take forever to do the work. Will never do business with Everett Ford

To many reasons why they sell so many trucks!

The best prices and friendly service with a smile. I highly recommend Stacy McNulty in sales. She negotiated two awesome deals for me this year (2020). Fairly quick process. Many thanks!

Not a trustworthy establishment!

Would not recommend this place. When you price a truck online for $36154 and then go up the next day nearly $1,500 dollars and will not honor what you had it posted for that is not a trustworthy place their word is no good! Wait I most add they did come back and say yes we will do that as long as you finance it with us! I do not need financing so why should I get it? Find you a dealer that stand behind what they say and when you shake their hand you know you have a deal! Put a call into the manager Eric leave a message and does not call back.
