Exceptional experience buying my new Bronco Raptor. My sales associate, Stacy McNulty, was a pleasure to deal with. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process. The sales manager and staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

The service advisors were misleading and did not listen.

The service advisors were misleading and did not listen. The inspection report card I received for my vehicle was blank; therefore, I can only assume my vehicle was never inspected. My vehicle sat in the same spot on the lot for over 3 hours. I only received feedback from the advisor when I called him. I would have never brought by vehicle in for servicing if the advisor I talked with on the phone had been honest. 2 service "advisors" 1 poor outcome.
