It was actually the Kia dealership, but I couldn't find
It was actually the Kia dealership, but I couldn't find that dealership in the list. I worked with Austin Lattimer and could not have asked for a better experience. He was nice and not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and even interacted with my son! I bought a Kia Sportage!

Our experience in purchasing a new vehicle (2026 CRV) and trading in our old vehicle at O’Brien Honda went smoothly from start to finish. Jonathan Dawson, our sales person was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable making the whole process quicker and more efficient than previously experienced. Salesman Brock Miller was good, still a little green but
Salesman Brock Miller was good, still a little green but was able to work with the higher power to get an acceptable deal. Finance manager was more than a little elusive and had a trainer that was even more elusive. Talked me into what turns out to be an extended warranty after Honda warranty expires. Had me believing electronics were not covered, wrong. Verified by Honda s untrue. When I called him back he assured me the Honda warranty was only good for 12 months. Once again Honda said that the 3/36 warranty covers Honda electronics. Brock is a good guy. Finance guys less than honest. Go see Brock . Stay away from or reject all the finance guy’s optional coverages

My wife and I had been searching for a new vehicle for quite a while and decided on the Honda Pilot. Our salesman was Jonathan and made the experience better than we could have ever asked for especially the usual dread of car shopping. Jonathan was a straightforward person and gave us all the information needed to make the right decision for our family and the best was he wasn’t pushy and wanted us to make the correct choice especially with the cost of new vehicles. I would definitely recommend O’Brien Honda of Bloomington. Everyone there was very respectful.

We visited Obrien Honda and were warmly greeted by Jonathan the Salesman when we entered. This was our 3rd CRV in 20 years, they last a long time. Jonathan listened to our needs, gave us fair trade in and Honda has 1.9% finance so that was a bonus we researched before arrival. Obrien located the car we wanted and in less than a week we have our new 2025 CR-V. The process went better than expected, very streamline and effecient. Thank you Jonathan and Obrien for such great work providing a great Car.

After getting the hard sell and classic car salesman experience at several other dealers, we were surprised by the treatment we got from Jonathan at O’Brien. He was respectful and polite and put no pressure on us. After several weeks of comparisons and discussions, we made a decision and worked with Jonathan to purchase a car. There was no pressure and the negotiations were fair and polite. We appreciated the was they were able to make car buying a good experience and than my teen was able to see how the process works.

I took my Honda in for a fuel pump recall and to have my battery/ charging system looked at. After speaking with Mike, my charging issue was repaired and I am confident the fuel pump installation issue will be taken care as well . Had an appointment for and oil change. When I pulled in I was told it would be at least and hour and a half. When I said I couldn’t wait that long the advisor said she could see if they could bump me up in line and get it done sooner but it would still be over an hour. What exactly is the point of having an appointment then? Why did I bother showing up on time if they weren’t going to get the work done on time? The cherry on top was the advisor telling me to keep my appointment and get it done in a reasonable amount of time they would have to rush me through. Never going back here. Thought I would try the dealership service with my new Honda but now I’m going to take it where I take all my over vehicles and can get an oil change done right and in less than an hour.

Thanks for the review Daniel - we appreciate your feedback. Our average time to do an oil change and tire rotation along with a complete and complimentary multi point inspection is 55 minutes. This also includes a free alignment check. On that particular day, our advisor felt it was appropriate to quote you a little longer just in case it did take us a full 90 minutes. We often beat our promise times, but we never want to go over a promise time. I’m sure you were well taken care of, Don Owen is a fine establishment. We are here for you if you ever need us.
