BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do Not, I repeat Do Not buy any car from here. I am completely disgusted and disappointed by this place. Paul Derring is a complete liar. I purchased a vehicle back in December and I have had nothing but problems since the day I got it. He pretended to be honest and knowing about cars. I went to the place and the cars I was interested in, he said it's a no go. He described the issues with each car and I'm thinking okay he's being honest and upfront. So I finally come across a Kia Sportage, he runs the gambit of what they want to sell the car for, I eventually give in thinking it was going to be a good car. Paul and Mike sat in my face and told me that this car was good and had no issues. So after the sale was completed, Paul supposedly detailed it and got it ready. So fast forward to me getting gas shortly after, after I was fueled up, the car would not start. It turns all the way, but did not stay on. I called him immediately. I had to try all of this different maneuvers to get it to start back up, it finally did but unfortunately I have to do this everytime I get gas. Who the heck wants to do that everytime they get gas. And when he said he would get me a new battery(thinking it was the battery) he never got it for me. Made every excuse about the weather and his personal family issues that are not my problem. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out what fuel issue it is and I have yet to discover. Needless to say I am frustrated, disappointed and unhappy about the car. I don't understand why these car places cannot just be freaking honest about the cars they are selling. My car has stalled on the highway, it's stalls at red lights, it is just an uneasy feeling everytime I drive. I work too hard for my money to be dealing with a bunch of crooks who can't sell an honest car. I will never patronize nor will I recommend my loved ones to buy a vehicle from here. They can't even sell a good lawn mower. I will never trust Paul Derring again or his partner Mike ever again with my safety. I urge you to NOT PURCHASE from this place. Save up your money and do your research.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guys good. Nice prices!! I got one here last year Shes still running great. There high milage cars but with a good car fax. A car can go 200k+ so they still have life left in them. you can't beat the price....

Good car, nice salesman from a 21yr old commuter.

Most of the negative reviews are people who didn't look at the car before they bought it. I went to this dealership to find a car to help me commute to school. Mike was super kind. If you ask him about any car, he's extremely honest, and he allows you to check out the car and base decisions on that. He is not pushy and respects your choices, and there's none of those ridiculous hidden fees that so many dealerships have you pay for. The price at the end of the day is understandable and respectful. Come with a mechanic or a friend who knows cars! Mike will be honest with you and will not try to sell you something he knows won't help you. I am now commuting to school, and I haven't had any issues aside from just brakes but that's usual with used cars. Thank you, CRS 1 LLC!

Do not buy here

Please do not make the same mistake I made. This is the worst feeling ever to think you just paid money and it’s junk it’s going to take me over a year to fix this vehicle because I can’t afford how bad it is. So many issues came on on the way home suspension warning, check engine & oil leak. All of a sudden I locked the doors and the two front doors would not open! Then I kept wondering why the noise from the A/c the motor is broken whoever installed a motor for a totally different type of vehicle. I wouldn’t even bring your mechanic to look. Buy a car from a person who has cared for their cars so that you do not feel like crap and an idiot for making the purchase. It drove good for a day and now my daughters money is GONE!! The dealer doc fee is a slap and you don’t know about it until you go buy the car. Ridiculous to charge 600 for this after selling me a car that doesn’t even work! But I am moving on from my mistake just giving you all a big warning. Stay away
