Worst service center of any dealership!! I had an 11am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a fuel pump recall. I left my car and went back to work so I wouldn’t have to sit and wait. I text the service advisor to see if my car was ready at 3:30. Received a text back letting me know they were working on my car. What did they do for 4 hours while my car was there?? Apparently nothing!! I arrived at the dealership at 4pm! I was told my car was still not ready due to being short handed and the advisory walked away from me! I then sat in the waiting area until 5pm!!!! No one ever came to me to give me an update on my car! I finally see my car pull up after being serviced! I waited to see if someone would come get me to let me know my car was ready, it didn’t happen!! When I go to the front to get my car the service advisors were rude to me like I was in there way and my advisor was no where to be found. When she finally came back to her desk she acted annoyed with me and never apologized for my wait!! Only while I was walking to get in my car and speaking out loud how I would never come back here did another advisor ask what happened!! I explained the day and again was told about them being under staffed. She did give me a complimentary oil change in my next visit! Really??? Why would I ever go back here???
