Pete Johnson in my 74 years of age is the best salesmen I...

Pete Johnson in my 74 years of age is the best salesmen I have ever encountered. His concern is for you not the sale. You have heard the term, "treats you like family", well, this is not a cliche with him. I turn cars over every three years so I have dealt with a good number of new car salesmen. Pete is in a class ALL HIS OWN. I did not know Pete before this so this review is not coming from a family member or a personal friend. I am a complete stranger to Pete- at least I was before this encounter. My advice to you. Go to Courtesy CRDJ of Superstition Springs in Mesa Az and look him up and learn for yourself you just met the best new car salesmen in the entire world. Larry Galyon

Excellent Customer Service

I was there when the gate opened and the first one in. Was met by a custom service person before I could get out of the vehicle. He sent me to the express lane rep and I told him what I wanted and showed him the coupon on my phone. He informed me I could now book appointments for oil changes, etc which I was not able to do in the past. I went inside has a coffee and a doughnut and 25 minutes later he informed me my vehicle was ready. Very impressed with the new operation and people. Thanks you from a Happy Canadian

Poor Communication

Reached out for a truck I saw online. They were the only ones on my side of town that had a Titan with the Cummins. Reading the description online with no photos (Coming Soon), I knew it was the truck I wanted so replied to the 'Chat with Rep' pop-up. They requested a name and number, then assured I would promptly be contacted by a salesman, seeing as how their job is, well, to sell cars.... (waiting for a couple hours).... nothing. Okay, well maybe its a third party rep, and maybe there is some email account that doesnt get checked until the morning. Lets call. John Doe picks up, asks what vehicle Im calling in regards of. Mind you, I'm trying to make sure the vehicle is there so I'm not wasting my time driving over for nothing... Let the guy know its a Nissan Titan, and before I could give a vin number/ diesel description, he cuts me off and says 'yeah, I'll get an associate to check and he'll give you a call back, have a good day, bye'... call was literally 30seconds long... maybe it was because I was calling about a nissan at a ram facility, but they had 3 to choose from, so i doubt he even knew which one I was checking on... but i wait.... again.... and.... guess.... yea, you guessed, nothing. No call. So now what, take a chance, or head to san tan Earnhardt for the overpriced ram.... (thinking).... frog it, head over to courtesy to check on this somewhat rare 5.0 cummins with an aisin transmission... pulling in, and sharks everywhere, think to myself, maybe their fins prevented them from dialing a phone to call me back... anyways. Out the door, wind in his hair, like a superhero movie, Riley to the rescue, busts through this wall of bad customer service, 'how can I help you.....sir?'... hfs. Weak at the knees, someone actually wants to sell me a vehicle... checked it out, test drove, pondered... sold. Danced a bit with Marcus, Riley got it detailed and fueled... left happy in a new truck. Advice to others, if you're going to head here, dont bother contacting ahead of time, just pull up and ask for Riley.

Excellent communication prior to any work needing to be performed. Prompt courteous from the time I pulled up to drop off vehicle, till the time I picked up my vehicle. I definitely recommend them.

Jeep Serviced

I took my Jeep Renege in to serviced on Tuesday Bill Wardingley, was the Service Advisor who took care of me and my Jeep. Bill, was excellent about keeping me informed. He arranged for me to be taken home by Lyft no charge to me. When we found out the part was in LA and had to ordered, he arranged for Lyft to pick me and arranged for me to have a rental while my Jeep was waiting for repair. I was pleased and will continue doing all my business with Bill. Thank you, Vicki Nash
