Great people, helped me with my car.

Stephen Tapia is a Bad Service Advisor

I had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Stephen Tapia when I took my car in for service on the engine. While he was not rude or anything, you could tell he does not like his job. He never smiled and he didn't look me in the eye. He does not have any customer service skills and is a very slow typer. He had me waiting forever to get an answer about what was wrong with my vehicle. He knew what was wrong for at least half an hour before he let me know and he only let me know after I had to hunt him down. My time is valuable and he wasted it. I would not recommend him. If he is assigned as your service advisor, I would recommend demanding a new one. Life is too short to be unhappy like him.

Rude advisor

Vechile was not ready as promised when appointment was made. Advisor was very rude and told me that he never promised anything to me and told me that my vechile wasn’t the only unit they had to work on that day
