Trust me this is the last place you want to buy your car . They sold me bmw 4 months ago with bad engine saying warranty will cover it . After a month I went and tried to claim warranty but they said this is pre-existing problem and they won’t cover a penny. They took the car saying they will fix it and months after still they have my car didn’t fix it yet . They gave me a loaner car another bmw And told me if I like it I can keep it ,took the car to mechanic he didn’t wanted even to lift the car to check it , car was in some bad crash not worth fixing it. No matter how their prices looks attractive to you AVOID this place you will be sorry for ever going there . I will also call IRS and BBB file complaint they took cash for downpayment so they don’t pay tax , and how many more vehicles they sold on the same way avoiding taxes ?? IRS will find out past 5 years what they tried to hide on their income tax . If they screwed you too just report them to BBB and IRS . I have some connections at IRS since I was in military my friends work there so I’ll try to set up audit for them . Once again special if you living far DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS SCAM DEALERSHIP !!

****MUST READ**** This business is FULL of scammers. Lies to you and tells you one thing, then when confronted hides behind “It’s business”. Was told the $500 deposit was REFUNDABLE. Business refused to return money as they stated was an option originally. I was interested in a car , they asked for a 500 dollar deposit , I said yes online , I show up to the dealership and it’s a beat up car , dusty as xxxx and old af. I ask for my refund money back they said they will pay me back , it’s been two weeks and nothing has gone thru , my bank also doesn’t want to refund me my money back

I was looking for a car for years now. Didn't know if i wanted an suv or sedan. I saw this and I couldn't resist it, so I bought it. Not a bad car great deal especially for 3500 fully loaded. Im the talk of the town. My parents have the 2017 mkz. So when they saw my car. They was bewildered, because of the deal I got. This car drives great. Only thing it need is new brakes and a coil. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Luxury, never thought my 1st car would be a lincoln. It handles well, rides very smooth, minor scratches, but over a good car

No matter what don’t buy a car from them don’t trust what they say. All they sell is broken down cars. Be careful because they on two dealerships under different names

I called to get information and potentially trade my car in for a 2012 BMW X5. I spoke with Moe.. who at first seemed very friendly. He asked me what type of vehicle I was trading in and said that they give the most for any trade in cars around.he then told me to fill out a credit application online and send him all the information about my car. I did that and when I did not hear back from him the next day I tried calling him several times to find out if we could put a deal together..every time I called him he had his receptionist blow me off first it was he was on a test drive then it was he was on another call.. next he just left for the day it was 1 in the afternoon..do not trust anything that this dealership has to say and now I am scared that they have my credit information and I have to be worried about fraud.

Me and my Husband have been iffy about buying a car he wanted a specific body style and color in our price range.. So I went on Carguru to look at cars i found the car my husband wanted for way in our budget went and saw it and drove it a few things wrong with it they offered to fix it for free to get us on our way so we put down a deposit on it and traded in our 2010 Malibu so we leave and not even 20 mins away from the dealer the engine like came on along with a bunch of other lights we call and tell them what happened they told us they would fix it and wouldnt cost anything so we bring the car in give it to them they give us a loaner and a week goes by i finally text the owner of the dealership what the satus of our car was and they said it was done so me and my husband drive back up there mind u we live 2 hours away so we get there and we see our car parked infront of the building we go in and we sit there for about an hour listening to the owner talk on the phone on speaker my husband gets mad and was like i am not trying to be rude but we have stuff to do and the owner jim was like moe is 10 mins out we sit there another 15 to 20 mins and moe finally shows up put on his nice guy routine and was like have a seat at my desk and tried to tell us that the work they "DID" ON our car was 400 then was like hold on let me talk to my boss aka the owner and came back in trying to charged us 1100 for repairs me and my husband looked at eachother and was like we were told by you and ur guy that it wasnt gonna cost us since the car wasnt even a day off the lot so he was like ok ill pay half if you guys pay half soo being that it wasnt payday i gave them 100 for now and said we would pay the rest when we got paid he took a copy of my card and we left we get in the car turn it on and the xxxx engine light is still on so they didnt fix xxxx and got free money out of me i would not buy your car here they are not trust worthy.. they sell lemons so be careful....

I CALLED THIS DEALERSHIP FOR A 2004 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER WHICH IS TILL LISTED FOR SALE. I OFFERED $2500 FOR THE CAR GIVEN THAT THE DEALERSHIP IS IN ILLINIOS WHILE I AM IN MARYLAND AND IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE TO PAY A TRANSPORT COMPANY. I SPOKE WITH JASON AND HE AGREED TO MY OFFER. SHORTLY AFTER I PAID A DEPOSIT OF $1000, HE TURNED AROUND AND SAID THE OFFER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THEN I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND. TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, JASON AND HIS MANAGER HAVE REFUSED TO MAKE A REFUND TO ME SINCE 11TH DECEMBER WHICH I MADE THE PAYMENT. NOW I AM CONSIDERING TAKING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE DEALERSHIP.

We drove 3 hours to get here. The place seemed very shady. They knew we were coming. We get there they weren't prepared. Test drive the vehicle, looked it over, had a few issues. Seemed very helpful said they would fix it. They said it would take 2 hours. So we left went to lunch and hung out. Get back still isnt finished. An hour before time to close they came to us said there was another issue that they wanted to repair. Offered us a car but bu then we waited all day didnt want to wait any longer. Since we are 3 hours away the man said he would pay to have my other half take an uber back to pick up the car. The day we were suppose to go back it wasnt ready. Had to wait another day. Then my other half took an uber the next day. Picked up the vehicle the gentleman said they would send a check to us for the cost of the uber. A week later had nothing. Called everyday for a week with hardly no answer. Still today, 2 months later no check. He told us he put new breaks on the front. A week ago took the car to a shop for new break on the back, only to be told that the front breaks needed to. So he lied about the work they had done and never sent the check for the uber. Very sketchy business. Was not pleased at all.
