i idd have an appointment at 8.30 in the morning,i was siting outside in the 90 degrees hot weather until 5.25 evening,then called me the car is ready.is that nice?

the dealership had the vehicle my daughter was looking for and the color she wanted even though there inventory was low. I was already familiar with dealership because we serviced our other nissan here.

Customer service there is awful. No one ever returns your emails or calls. I highly suggest going elsewhere. I have been requesting information for over a month now and no one has returned my calls or emails. The lack of communication if very unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here to lease/buy a car, the employees that work with the paperwork, clearly have no idea what they are doing.
