If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased a Land Rover (out of state) and they assured me it was in tip top condition. The Land Rover arrives in my driveway and the transpo they arranged only takes Zelle! What professional transportation company just takes Zelle!!! Fast forward, they offload the vehicle and there's a giant crack in the windshield, a crack in the panoramic sunroof, an oil leak and a coolant leak. Dealer says none of this was present at time of pick up. The transpo driver shows me his bill of Lading and sure enough, there's. The cracks, prior to loading the vehicle. None of this was disclosed. The dealership continued their lies and denials. I bought the vehicle for 16k and the dealer quoted me 15k for the repairs. Not even a sorry from the salesman. In fact, he got angry with me for expecting the vehicle to show up as described. If you're out of state, look elsewhere. Lest you get offloaded with a 16k paperweight.

I took a chance on a car unseen from a dealer unknown and it worked out great. Todd, Amy, Ireland were very helpful and professional. I worked mainly with Todd and he produced everything he said he would. The car is beautiful and actually exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure doing business with them and would do it again.

If I could give this experience a negative number I would. I bought a car and within a month had to put over $11,000 into repairs. It did not end there. The check engine light came back within another month. Another $2000 later and the CEL is back on. Looks like another $3000 will have to be dumped into the car. Car Simple basically told me tough luck and ignored my request for help. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. Good luck if you buy from them!

I would definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for a vehicle. They are very professional, and they can have someone bring you the cars you want to test drive to your house. I have kids didn't want to take them car shopping, not only is it stressful but its a headache. They brought the vehicle to my house that was in eagle mountain that is a 45min to an hour drive for 25 dollar fee. I can not tell you how nice and awesome that was. The driver was professional and kind talked to my kids. all around I will defiantly be going back to the dealer in the future and also referring people to this dealer.

I found a truck they were selling, I called and they pre-approved me. So, I called and told them I was coming up to buy the truck. I drove from St. George and when I got there, they said someone just drove off with it that offered cash. At least he offered me lunch for my troubles of driving up there for nothing which, I politely declined. I am still upset that I drove all that way for nothing.

Jacob gives the best customer service. I found a car I love and Jacob bent over backwards in helping me to get it! They were more than fair with me on the price and treated me Great! I will buy my next car with them because of their Fantastic customer service. Thank you Jacob!
