experience with the Parts Department I called

experience with the Parts Department I called Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg earlier today to order parts. The parts advisor confirmed I could pay over the phone but also kindly offered to leave the parts at the front desk for me, reminding me they were open until 6 PM since it’s Saturday. I agreed and mentioned I’d be there around 3–4 PM. Unfortunately, I arrived just 10 minutes before 6 PM after driving nearly 40 minutes—juggling my daughter’s gymnastics class and other errands—only to find out the parts weren’t available. I was told I now have to wait until next Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. This delay means my car can’t go for its safety inspection on Tuesday, my temporary permit expires Monday, and I may need to tow the car just to get it done. It’s really disappointing how this was handled—especially after being assured the parts would be ready for pickup today.

For some time, I had been looking for a specific used

For some time, I had been looking for a specific used vehicle that would meet my criteria. Dirk Southern was awesome to deal with, very professional and courteous. I had a couple of minor issues and he personally dealt with them. Above and beyond his role. Would not hesitate to deal with him again.

It was very nice to be able to speak to the mechanic,

It was very nice to be able to speak to the mechanic, Max. Finally, someone was able to figure out the issue I was having. I was on a road trip and drove out of my way to service departments in 3 other provinces, and no-one was able to determine the cause of the abnormal sounds I was hearing. Max did a thorough examination and repaired the vehicle in an expert way. Raj went over the invoice and clearly explained every item that was dealt with. I was surprised that the repair was so expensive, but I was better off paying people who really knew what they were doing.

Not good Service Department at the Benz winnipeg they

Not good Service Department at the Benz winnipeg they try not do any warranty work for you. they just try and wait for your warranty ending then charge your money to do the to do the warranty work really poor service center in there

Over the course of two, separate service appointments, to fix an inexplicably difficult nav display problem, the response from staff at this dealership was outstanding! Yes, it took a long time long to finally resolve the issue, but the team was very determined and dedicated and did solve the problem, to my great satisfaction. Along the way, every friendly accommodation and consideration was offered and sincerely appreciated. Thank you! Recommended!
