I recently went to Lee auto to upgrade my vehicle.....I found my salesperson, Steven Zaranski, to be extremely knowledgeable, considerate, detail oriented, personable, and geared to put me in a vehicle that I was looking for. No hassle, no haggling, no pressure.....a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Lee Auto as well as Steve to anyone that I know who may be looking for an upgrade or just a newer vehicle. I was greeted by all staff with a positive friendly attitude.

I had driven past the lot in Ellsworth at least a hundred times and had visited the online site at least the same amount, but could not bring myself to actually stop because I just can't stand the typical high pressure sales technique that you see at most car lots. I finally got my nerve up Saturday only because I had purchased my last vehicle here and they were great to work with. I drove onto the lot, got out, and to my surprise, no one came running out of the building at me throwing out their pitch. I looked around and didn't see the car I had spotted online so I went inside. The nice lady at the front counter handed me off to a sales person named Steve Zaranski and I am glad she did. He made the whole situation so easy and pleasant. I was definitely not looking forward to walking through the front doors but he actually made the whole thing even enjoyable. I didn't have a question that he couldn't answer. I left feeling good and with a new (to me) automobile that I was quite happy with. Thank you Steve for all your help and thanks to the whole Lee Auto Mall family for being a used car lot with quality automobiles, quality salesmanship, and prices that can't be beat. I'll certainly visit their business the next time I need another vehicle!!

My sales guy was incredible but after getting the car home it started acting up a few days later. I will now have to pay to bring it in to get looked at. I have a problem buying a car for over $21,000 including financing charges to bring it to a shop a couple days later. I also found damage under the front bumper when i got home that I did not see when I bought it and was not told about from the dealership. Not to mention the extra set of keys I got that do not work.

Very pleasant shopping for our new vehicle here. Very cordial group;all helpful.. A few problems quickly taken care of with one waiting on me to schedule.No questions left unanswered and not pressured. I would have walked away as I won't do business with being high pressured. My wife and I were very pleased with Jim and all involved with our purchase which we love we made our purchase in Bangor on the Hammond St dealership.

I got a better car than I expected to get for less of a payment than I had with a car that was ten years old when I bought it last time. Now I have a car that's only a year old with factory warranty . What a excellent way to rebuild my credit. Thanks Lee for keeping me out from under my old piece of junk trying to keep it running. One less thing to I got to stress about. I would recommend you in a heartbeat.

I dread buying cars and so I went to Lee because two of my friends have had good experiences there. I stopped at the Bangor, Hogan Road location and was looking at a vehicle when I had the good fortune of being greeted by Dustin. He was there if I had questions but was not at all a "pushy salesperson". When I told him what I was looking for he showed me the selection of vehicles on line that are available through all of the Lee locations. He had the vehicle I was interested in brought there the next day and then came in on his day off so I could test drive it as soon as it was delivered. I even used the financing he found because it was better than I could get through my credit union. Dustin was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and had inspected it himself before I test drove it. Couldn't ask for better service!

Robin was great to work with very friendly and she got all my paperwork done within the day I emailed her you could not ask or get a better sales person
