I had no problem scheduling a service visit and took advantage of their pick up/drop off option which saved me driving an hour to and from the dealership. They had the car for 24 hours and I did not receive one phone call about what was done. I didn't even get a call to let me know when they were going to drop the car off. Would have been nice to hear from the service advisor. I only know that Danielle was my advisor because her name is on my invoice.

Danielle went above and beyond to help our car get excellent service and made sure the warranty took care of the repair. She really was amazing!
