Prompt response, Shant offered to answer all my questions, I told him I had a trade in and asked if the dealership was accepting trades in and never heard from him again. I guess Shant didn’t want sell the car to me.

I bought the car back in November 2019.......still no title even though it was supposedly sent.....now the DMV is trying to fine me for "Incompletion of Registration" Car was fully cashed out too

Ended up here on my search for a BMW 528i, Rose City had the best price of all the dealers i visited, the mileage was low and they provided me with a free carfax report which indicated no damage or accidents. They took the car to a mechanic of my choosing to get a pre purchase inspection, mechanic gave me the thumbs up and i drove out in my BMW. Painless experience, beautiful car, great price. Super satisfied here.

Stopped by here since they were so close to my house. The salesman showed me a few cars and let me drive them, I appreciate his patience and the time he spent with us and answered all the questions we had. Drove off in a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that they helped us finance. A great experience.
