Joshua was the best sales person we have ever dealt with. He ga e us time and listened to all our wants. He us the first sale person to present us with a complete cost and the first offer we haverver accepted without negotiating. We had done our homework and he gave us what we were expecting

I would do business with this dealership for years to come. Top tier experience come see Brig Lentz for your car buying needs and his manager Greg is amazing. Truly enjoyed my experience from the hummus burger and fries served hot from there café while I waited. Top the door services when maintenance needed to be done on the vehicle even after purchase. Darrell was amazing in service. Go ask for Brig he will not disappoint at Mercedes-Benz of asheville

While on vacation in NC, the tail gate on our SL550 would not open. We took our problem to Mercedes Asheville. They assessed the problem as a faulty lock. Fortunately they had one in stock. The lock was replaced and problem solved.
