My husband has been shopping online for a used van. He must have looked at 200 vans. He came across a beauty at Daystar Autosphere in North Canton and messaged them. Within a half hour, Carl Lowther, a sales consultant there, phoned him back. We scheduled to meet with Carl about the van. Carl was excellent to deal with. He was very personable, genuine, and very knowledgable. (Not your stereotypical carsalesman). He was not pushy and seemed to genuinely care about us as people and not just about making a sale.
