They were gold. Especially Alyssa. You got a good one there. Really friendly, knowledgeable and good to work with. She got me the car I wanted. What else can I ask for.

Right from the moment I walked into the dealership, to a...

Right from the moment I walked into the dealership, to a week later when I picked up my SUV, their service was tremendous. Even though I was being helped by Andrew Franco, every sales associate and manager greeted me as they passed by and were very friendly. They all seemed excited that we were there and interested in potential gaining our business. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car that day. I was more intrigued at what they had and what they could offer me. That's when I sent Andrew a text message asking if they had any RDXs in stock in a specific colour. Within 5 minutes time, I received a picture from him of a white RDX sitting in their lot captioned, "Look what I have for you!". At this moment, I knew Andrew was gonna take care of me. It was a Saturday so I knew it would be busy and that he would probably have a few appointments, but he made room for me to come see him that day at a time that was more convenient for me and my family. They had the 2011 RDX cleaned and ready for me to take it for a spin. I loved it, but when we sat down to talk numbers it was a bit out of my budget. I then mentioned to him that on Autotraders, the Acura dealership had an older model for a price that could work for me. He then stepped out to make a call, and before I knew it, he had the 2009 RDX parked outside and ready for me to test it out. I thought that was absolutely amazing service. He wasn't pushy or aggressive, but very informative and helpful. After talking numbers with both Andrew and Myles, it was a no brainer that I'd be purchasing the RDX from there that day. They both respected and understood that I had a budget to maintain and did what they could to make sure I'd leave the dealership happy. Michael, the financing manager was also extremely helpful and personable. He made recommendations based on my needs and made it work for me so that payments were within my budget. Throughout the week, I received phone calls and text messages from Andrew, Myles and Michael to keep me updated on the application process. They let me know they haven't forgotten about me and that things were going smoothly on their end. I was scheduled to take home the RDX home exactly a week from when I decided to buy it even though Thursday would have been a more convenient day for me as it was my day off. I get a call from Michael and he informs me that Thursday will actually work, and that both Andrew and Myles are willing to come in on their days off to see me drive home in my RDX. That I found was awesome, for these guys to come to work on their days off just so I can take it home sooner was really the icing on the cake. Andrew, Myles and Michael were both very accommodating and made my car shopping and purchasing experience very comfortable. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received. They treated me like family. I would definitely recommend Winnipeg Honda to those looking for a new/used vehicle not only because of their known quality in cars but their EXCEPTIONAL service.

Chigo was great. Loved that we communicate using text and email. Super friendly service and he was very accommodating as I have twins and it's difficult to get into the dealership.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. The car I purchased was well priced. James Le is a very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly sales person.

We were welcomed and offered very useful and friendly advice. Never we were pressured. The salesperson was extremely helpful and caring and made the entire experience very positive. Would recommend this salesperson to anyone I know.

This was my first time purchasing a car at Winnipeg...

This was my first time purchasing a car at Winnipeg Honda. Anil the director of customer satisfaction was helpful and knowlegeable. He was able to source out a car that had all the features that I was looking for including price. I would recommend Winnipeg Honda and Anil to my friends and family. Thank to all the folks at Winnipeg Honda - keep up the good work.

Corey Burns was an incredible sales associate. I was...

Corey Burns was an incredible sales associate. I was looking for a new (used) car and it was my first time going to a dealership. I went with my dad who was wary of dealerships because he had been burned multiple times in the past, but even he was elated to have dealt with Corey. Corey didn't follow us around the parking lot or approach us and heckle us for his business. He was simply at his desk and saw we were ready to begin looking at stock and asked if we needed any help. My original specifications were very narrow and difficult to work with, however Corey went above and beyond and scoured his database for days to find me some great matches. Unfortunately, they weren't quite right for me due to the specifications I had given, but they fit perfectly with what I had asked for. We ended up going around in a circle to different makes and models but we ended up getting back to my roots and I purchased a Honda Civic which is exactly what I wanted. In order to do this, Corey showed me how to look for cars that were above my lump sum price range but still in my monthly payment budget, got me an /incredible/ deal on the interest rate and helped me find more options that I wouldn't have thought would be possible with my original price range, yet still fit into my monthly budget. He acted as a mediator between my family when we became frustrated and stressed with one another, a friend/father figure by looking out for my best interests in terms of the car that I would be choosing and making sure it would be long-lasting and very safe, etc., and one xxxx of a sales associate who went above and beyond his job in order to find me the perfect vehicle. I have recommended Corey to my friends and would recommend him to anybody in need of a car. Even if you don't want a Honda, he has access to all of the Dilawri inventory and can get you a great deal, and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with his work. He is a really great guy and wants nothing but perfection in the vehicle you will be buying. If you are in the need of a new/used vehicle, don't look any further than Winnipeg Honda with Corey Burns.

I am overwhelmed by how Andrew Franco and Judy Zulak...

I am overwhelmed by how Andrew Franco and Judy Zulak helped me all the way in purchasing my very first car in Canada. Other dealers made me feel the purchasing limitations of being new in Canada but these people treated me as a highly valued client. The car itself is no doubt world's leading car but what what would bring it in the no.1 position is the overall customer service. Winnipeg Honda is awesome, under commit over deliver! I would definitely recommend Winnipeg Honda to family and friends!

I visited three different dealerships in Winnipeg while...

I visited three different dealerships in Winnipeg while searching for a new vehicle for my wife. Other dealers were not even ready to discuss price or options with me until my wife was actually present. Jeremy was awesome! Super friendly and easy to get along with. He was ready to go through any and everything. He worked together with me to figure out the best options for our financial situation and figure out what worked best. My wife and I had one thing in mind, and he was completely fine with it, but he sat down and went over everything we had planned out and found something that worked even better. Not only did my wife get a car from him that day ... I did as well. I was ready to move on from my current lease that was about to expire and he found a way to make it work with no penalty. We both love our new Honda's and will definitely be heading back to see Jeremy when we're ready to upgrade. Of course none of it would have been possible without the awesome work of Elvis, the financial services manager. He was so organized it made my head spin. His multitasking of all the paperwork and color coded pens for us to use (that was great) was awesome. He made that process very easy. Great team over at Winnipeg Honda, everyone there was very friendly and it felt like a family oriented atmosphere ... everyone gets along great. Highly recommended.
