I brought a Mercedes Benz in July 34 and my engine want
I brought a Mercedes Benz in July 34 and my engine want out in January 25 . I called the dealer and begging for help they told me they can’t help me . The warranty is some trash that I’m paid 2500f for . Now I have a vehicle that I can’t drive and I have payments on it . This hurt me to my heart that I have to pay people to take me were I have to go or catch the bus . For an engine it’s about 10 grand to get fix. Every time I think about it I cry about the situation. . I can’t trade it because of the engine went out . It had low mileage on it .. 😭😭😭😭😭😭. My heart hurt .

HORRIYING EXPERIENCE: I purchased a car from Precise Automotive Group February 1. Within the first 72 hours of having the car, the tire sensors all needed to be replaced, and the charcoal cannister needed to be replaced. I had to advocate for these fixes to be made after being told "the lights would just go away" several time. Within the first month of owning the car, the brakes entirely went out while I was driving on the highway, and a mechanic had to come and replace the caliper, rotors and brake pads. My local mechanic that I know and trust has also let me know that the brake hose and washers are completely deteriorated and need fixing. The spark plug needs to be replaced, the battery needs to be charged and an entire inner fender is completely missing from the car. The entire time I was working with Precise Automotive Group they have been dismissive and condescending. At this point over $3,000 worth of repairs have been required within one month of a purchase. I cannot recommend working with Precise Automotive Group at all, and if you must, YOU ABSOLUTELY should have a pre purchase inspection done by your own mechanic not affiliated with this dealership.

I had my car for less than a year and needed a new timing belt (impossible) from me. The estimate of work needed for this car is more than what I paid. Garbage customer service.
Garbage customer service. The free shipping claim is an absolute scam. Mel told me there are two prices, a pick up price and a delivered price. When I asked why the delivery price was higher despite them offering free shipping, you could hear the gears breaking inside this guys head. Could not compute. Was told I would get a call back, that was a week ago. Meanwhile the car that’s been sitting on their lot for 6 months will continue to rot. Don’t waste your time.
