From start to finish, the experience was smooth and transparent. I thuroughly enjoyed working with Tanner in sales, and Chris in finance. I had got to the dealership a little late after work, but they worked fast and stayed a short time after closing to make sure I was taken care of. I never felt rushed, and they were open about what they could & couldn’t do. They were flexible where I had asked, which made the overall experience painless. Out of all the dealerships I’ve worked with, this was by far the best I’ve dealt with. I’d recommend Tanner to anyone. He was responsive, clear, easy to work with, and seemed like an genuinely good dude. They’ve got a good crew here.

My experience was great! John had recommended getting my tires replaced during my truck oil change. I hadn’t noticed that they were actually that bad. He also informed me about the special available for the tires. Which was really helpful. So, John ordered my tires. And since my availability to go to the dealer and get them replaced was not ideal, John scheduled a pick up and return of my truck to help out. This alone show the great service! Also Jeff and Haiden I believe were the ones that picked up and dropped off my truck. They both were very nice and helpful. I really like the service from Glenn Polk Chevrolet!
