Horrible experience buying a first car. Very disorganized. You will deal with all sorts of personalities, some nice and some down right rude. Bought the car in November and they owed me two tires which I am still waiting for. They keep giving the run around and different excuses as to why they haven’t yet. They never even put in the finance paper work in so when my first payment was due the bank couldn’t even find the loan. Never again will we go here and will definitely urge others not to. And conveniently they only have their good reviews on their site. I contacted the attorney generals office as well because they were suppose to send us a check for 88 dollars which we still haven’t seen. Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY

Don’t trust them at all. Inquired about 3 different trucks and supposedly all 3 already had deposits on em which I is a bunch of xx they’re showing stuff to get you in the door that they don’t really have. They kept asking me what else I was interested in even though I told them I wasn’t interested in anything but the 3 I inquired about. If they have deposits take em off the site!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I felt like I was getting talked down to in front of my girlfriend. The vehicle we went to see was magically sold so they tried to sell me another car with more miles at a higher price. The manager came over and was completely disrespectful by using profanity and then took me over to his desk. He even tried to show me what he supposedly owned the car and told me he was only making a few hundred dollars on me. Dishonest. Now I believe the negative reviews that say bait and switch. Went to another dealer and had a great experience purchasing a similar car with lower miles at a lower price without the profanities. Buyer beware.
