The sales people, general manager and even owner are very nice and kind. Be warned!! Don't trust the online price, they add over $10k of fees on the price to "bring the car up to market value", these things include like seat leather protection, $6k-8k for vehicle tracking and other xx like that, they are not removable and are mandatory, so go with this in mind!

SCAMMERS - THIEVES - RUDE - NASTY They listed a truck for $24,000 we sent a message asking for an OUT THE DOOR PRICE (OTD), I was asked about all my finances and then told we will get back to you. then told i have to come in. then the sales manager John Mills called to say that they had someone coming in who offered $30,000 (OVER THE LISTED PRICE). (xx) We said ok have a good day. Then we got a second call form another rep saying the price was now $32,000. then was rude when asked how the list price now went up $8000. Yelling at us to listen and that this is America . xxx. He is right this is America that is why i can leave this review. If i could give this place a negative # i would. NO WOUNDER THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN SITTING THERE SINCE JANUARY..

I drove from New Jersey to Power Motors and spent over 6
I drove from New Jersey to Power Motors and spent over 6 hours on the road. Before going there, I called them to confirm the price of the car, asked if the Title was available, and scheduled an appointment for 2 PM. When I arrived, they greeted me, took my ID, and let me test drive the car. Everything was going well. But after the test drive, when I said I wanted to buy the car, they suddenly told me I would have to pay an additional $10,000. That was unbelievable. They explained that the car was priced below market value, so I had to pay extra. However, if I paid in cash, they would give me a $4,000 discount. But even with that discount, I’d still be overpaying by $6,000. This is outrageous. That’s not how you do business. They lie and lure people in, then suddenly increase the price for no clear reason. It’s dishonest and unacceptable.

Online price will not be the in store price - don’t waste your time Aside from the typical - tax, doc, title, registration fees, they add about $10k in additional fees such as lo-jack & warranty. These fees cannot be removed to sell the car to “market value” that “all other dealerships” do.

I had the car for 3 days and the battery started smoking.

BUYERS BE WARNED: Do not buy a vehicle from here. They will list the price of the vehicle as one thing and then they add on almost $10K in add ons like LoJack and a vehicle warranty. I told them i dont need a warranty from them as I am located over 2 hours away so price should drop.. nope! They then say oh well then we need to adjust the truck price back to market and they add the $10K back. This is how they get you to waste your time, price them low online and up the price when its time to buy! Oh and dont think you can get the better price from the manager over the phone, salesman told me manager wont discuss business with serious buyers over the phone (they want me to drive the over 2 hours to try and screw me in person).
