Not happy! STAY AWAY from this company! 2013 Honda Accord was running a little rough when first seeing it on their lot and salesman said they would perform a full tune up (plugs and coils) and for me to check back the next day. He called next day and said the tune up was complete, he took it for a test drive and it was good. I took a test drive and it ran good. Bought the car and ON THE WAY HOME (22 miles) it started running extremely rough and the check engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic and in 10 minutes he said #2 cylinder plug and coil was bad. He said dealership only replaced plugs and not the coils. They did not do a full tune up as stated. The dealership did not compensate me for the cost of repair. I was shocked that they lied to my face.

I also got a 4-year extended warranty through them, and when I needed to file a claim, all the repairs were fully covered with $0 out of pocket. Failed fuel sending unit within an hour of purchase! Absolutely a place with no ethical or professional business standards, and vehicles that lack proper maintenance or inspection. Assisted my son with purchasing a vehicle from this place of business. After making a 5hr trip to Marietta, the vehicle was filthy, not inspected, needing an oil change, and an empty gas tank - all things that SHOULD be completed before you list a vehicle for sale. Made a deal with the promise of returning the following day to pick it up washed, detailed, and a fresh oil change. Arrived the following day with none of the work done because the employee didn't show up, and was then told to go down the street to get it taken care of, only to arrive there and told its going to be another hour wait. After deciding to make the trip back to North Carolina, my son stopped to fill the fuel tank up and began his drive back only to have the fuel gage show empty an hour into the drive. Texted the salesman to let him know, with no reply to this day. No care or concern for a young gentleman that just turned over quite a bit of money to you, and had to make a 5hr drive back with vehicle that experienced a fuel issue within an hour. My guess is that this company buys low quality vehicles and puts no maintenance, inspection, or effort into making them safe and presentable before selling. Too many complaints from others experiencing severe issues with their vehicle right after purchasing

Bought a 2019 sprinter van from them and the engine AND the transmission went out within 2 weeks of buying. I’ve bought many vehicles in the past but never have I been sold a lemon. Be careful when shopping with them.

When I got there the salesman told me that the car was not there but they have other cars to check out . He said the car I was looking for was in some tire shop . Very unprofessional place. Ask for frank. He took good care of me💯… bought a promaster and it drives perfectly fine !

Brought a 2019 Kia optima S from them. Spoke with the Car Lady she said was nice never mentioned the car had serious issues. Beware of dealing with this dealership
