This dealership is a Fraud! They sold me a unsafe car 8 months ago and are refusing to take any responsibility. I was sold a car with the impact safety bar crushed! There holes were slotted to be made bigger to patch up the car and fit everything back together. The front end of the vehicle is still swung over to the left! It was NEVER repaired correctly and they allowed me to drive off the lot with my 4yr old daughter with no regards to our life! Timothy savage and Tamark Duffus are refusing to take any responsibility or correct their mistakes on behalf of what their company promises. I gave them 10,000 8 months ago and now have no operating vehicle.

Terrible car sales
Booked 4 test drives so far. The first vehicle wasn't even aligned and had a defective driver side window. The second vehicle had scrapes of white paint down one side(red vehicle) and had clearly been hit from behind thought not reported on the carfax. The third vehicle simply didn't even show up at the pick up location. We got pictures sent to us and it had a dented back hatch. Trying one last test drive this week but not holding my breath... will probably move on after this....

A buyer
I brought a Dodge Ram 1500 2019. I like the truck however I was given one key which was damage no key fobs was available. No truck mates , was missing. Once the contract was signed customer services was out the door. This was Avis car sales in Morrow Georgia. I was not please at all.

Sold a Damaged Car and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a 2019 Camry with 33k miles on it from the Morrow Avis on November 30th, 2019; James Ford was my sales agent. When I purchased the vehicle, no issues were listed on the Carfax report. At that time, Mr. Ford and the finance manager both assured me that the vehicle was in outstanding condition. However, during my first oil change, it was brought to my attention that the vehicle had suffered significant water damage due to flooding. The car has also had significant engine issues which I would not expect to have on a car that is only a year old. I have attempted to contact the Morrow office several times since January 2020 to discuss these issues and to get a copy of my extended warranty to address my engine issues. Originally, it appeared that the phone line had been disconnected. After many continued attempts, I did finally get in touch with someone and they informed me that I would have to speak to the manager, Tim Duke. I have called to speak to Tim Duke directly a multitude of times and every time he is either out to lunch, in a meeting or I have gotten the response, “I don’t know his schedule”. I have also sent Tim emails requesting for him to call me back. At this time, I have yet to speak to anyone with authority to assist me with these issues at Avis. I would rate this place less than a 1 if I was able to.

Horrible sales representative
Attempted inquiry of vehicle advertised as available at the Morrow GA location. Sales representative refused to answer even basic questions and responded with blank emails. Scam artists.

Beware of Morrow, GA Avis Car Sales dealer
I spent the better part of a day asking about and confirming the availability of a 2019 Mazda CX-9 on the phone and through texts with the Morrow, GA dealership. Multiple times, I confirmed all the details. I requested confirmation in writing about the exact price of the vehicle which was the price quoted on the website. I agreed to the price. I gave them my credit card and secured auto insurance on the vehicle. After all of this and after signing a written contract for the purchase price, the salesperson called me to tell me that they wanted $2000 more than the price on the website. This experience makes me very wary of dealing with Avis in a Long distance internet transaction. Again it was the Morrow, GA dealership and I have no experience with any other.
