Car not repaired. Robert McDonald, tech, tried to help. He spent a long time trying to help but had to finish a job and went to get Service Manager to help. He was busy so he sent me a phone number for me to handle. I went by his office and he was not in there. Bottom line problem still exists and I have made at least 40 call and spent at least 8 hours trying to have issue corrected. Problem started 4-22-24 and have no idea if it will ever be corrected. Car has 16350 miles and still under warranty. The staff always tries their best to help. Enjoy working with them.
