I bought a 1998 Ford F150 Pickup Truck "as is" from USA Auto Sales. However, within 30 minutes of leaving their establishment, the "check engine" light came on. My mechanic (K&M Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair) found a vacuum leak at the back of the intake and repaired the MAF sensor. With such a vacuum leak, the "check engine" light will stay on until the leak is repaired OR unless the light is turned off (via computer). I believe USA Auto knowingly turned off the sensor light to hide the leak.

I tried to buy a car from this dealer worked with them for 2 weeks, got a loan drove to Georgia from Pickens South Carolina they had sent me a reduced price they didn't the car was leaking terrible from the rear seal on the engine. Terrible experience go four and a half hours there four and a half hours back for nothing they knew the car was junk

We arrived at the car dealership on a Saturday afternoon to find only 2 salesmen at the business. They were both initially friendly but as we started noticing things wrong with the cars, one began to completely ignore us and the other one had no answers to the problems of 2 that had wet trunks, 1 with a wet windshield inside the car, and 2 with missing door handles. They did not offer to get back to us after the problems were addressed. It was as if they could care less whether or not we bought a car from them.

They didn’t seem like they wanted to sell anything. After walking the lot for 15 minutes, I had to hunt down a salesperson to see the car I was interested in. I did appreciate the no pressure though!

Dealership was friendly and knowledgeable of all cars on the lot. Very responsive and no pressure!

They were good, did what they were supposed to do. I was urgently needing a car so I feel like I also made it easy for them. So it was a straightforward visit and purchase. They were nice enough to show what the car was serviced on before putting it on the market and serviced it even more based on some requests we had before handing me the keys. Vernon and Feroze are nice people doing the job :)

They won't get back to me. I have sent them multiple requests about vehicles and even emailed them personally. But after reading these reviews, maybe I should be glad they won't get back to me

I paid cash for a Nissan Murano. I reluctantly purchased a warranty which stipulated I could bring the car back, for any reason, within 7 days and exchange it. On the drive home and the check engine comes on. I informed the salesperson, TK, and she said to bring the car back and they'll fix it. But it would take longer than 7 days so I requested an exchange. This dealership outright refused to honor the warranty they pressured me to buy. They ended up calling the police on me because I refused to leave without another car or a refund. They told me they don't give refunds. Let's just say after the police showed up and I explained myself...I had my refund within a week. This is MY experience. Yours may be different. But I would not recommend this place.

Would not recommend this place to anyone ! Purchased a 2012 Camry here took a very short test drive my mistake . Went back paid for the car . Leave the lot for home . About twenty minutes into my ride home . The car starts to shake at 30 to 50 mph range . Can't figure out why ? Then it starts stalling between 2nd and 3rd gear . Come to find out this car was recalled for the transmission bad torque converter. Vernon told me he would have it repaired bring it back . The head mechanic was well aware of this recall as he used to work for Toyota. So rather than replace the defective part he chose to just flush the transmission. Leaving the bad converter in the transmission . Come get it it's repaired . Go to get it and head home NOT REPAIRED ! Was told to bing it back a second time still did not get repaired. Was told to bring it back for a THIRD TIME. By the way the a/c has stopped now . Was told transmission and a/c would get repaired this time . Went to get it a/c still blowing warm air and transmission still not repaired !! Vernon Love is a liar . I was told don't worry we we'll fix it we're not just going to take your money . But that is EXACTLY what they did ! Now I'm stuck with a car I can't sell because of a bad transmission ! I'm 52 and I can say this was the absolute worst car buying experience in my life ! If you want to be lied to and hung out to dry go here . If you want honesty integrity and a dealer who stands behind what they sell GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!

I had the pleasure to work with Vernon Love. He was very receptive to all my questions. The response was prompt from my very first email through Cars.com. I would recommend their service. Although we didn't end of buying the car, it was a great experience.
