Great Car Buying Experience.

Great Car Buying Experience. Everyone there was so kind and helpful at every step of the purchase process. I researched every SUV Hybrid on the market for 2 months and the Hyundai Hybrid beat every other SUV out there (no matter the cost). Only problem is that it did not come with a spare tire, But a OEM undercarriage tire carrier and tire is available from Hyundai. Special thanks to my great salesman "Raleigh Stanton" who answered all my questions, gave me in depth training on my New 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited AWD and even picked me up at the St. Louis airport and drove me to the dealer.

Not great but not the worst.

Not great but not the worst. Unreliable, Count on not getting a callback, then waiting over a month, then gaslight when they can't find the documentation of your outbid calls and approvals, denials even when you show them the receipts, then half-xxx work followed by crickets when you complain

Excellent buying experience.

Excellent buying experience. Everything was smooth from the start. Quick and easy as well. Mason and the gang made me feel right at home. Finance was a breeze as well with no pushy up sales. I appreciate the dealership and big shout out to Mason Stout for being patient with me

Mason was great to work with.

Mason was great to work with. Minimal pressure. However after getting all of the documents signed and my delivered for me to drive away, then it was revealed that the key fob was for a completely different vehicle and not the one I purchased. They tried a new battery in the fob and sent me home with that fob. Well 2 days later the fob no longer worked and would not start the vehicle. They towed it away and got me a loaner car to use until they can figure out with a lock smith what is required to have a working key fob. I truly feel the dealership should have noticed that it was not the correct fob for the vehicle and should have just ordered me a new replacement

What an incredible dealership.

What an incredible dealership. Everything from start to finish at Clement Hyundai was over the top first class. Great focus on customer service. The dealership was spotless. Very clean, modern and inviting. Tristan was a great salesman. Typically you expect a salesman to be quite pushing and talkative. Tristan was not. He listened was very thoughtful in his responses and didn't try to push anything. He had a Trumans knowledge of the entire process, but also each individual vehicle. Would definitely recommend him.

Communication about my car wasn’t great.

Communication about my car wasn’t great. I have a feeling they missed my appointment (car wasn’t already on property) and didn’t get to it until I had to ask them the status of my vehicle (a day after my appointment). I’ve had about 5 messages asking for a rating. I gave my 2 start rating due to the annoying amount of requests for a rating.
