I visited the dealership with the intention of browsing

I visited the dealership with the intention of browsing the inventory and asking a few questions—definitely not to make a purchase that day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very well-mannered and respectful young lady. I was bracing myself for the usual sales pressure, so I made it clear upfront that I wasn’t planning to buy a vehicle today. To my surprise, she was completely understanding and never made me feel pressured at any point during our interaction. I explained what I was looking for, and she took the time to show me several options. Although none of the vehicles matched my expectations, I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and low-pressure approach. It made the experience comfortable and enjoyable, and I left feeling respected rather than pressured. I told her to type of car and what accessories I was looking for. She offered me another option to consider that was more in my price range and offered more accessories than I had listed. Just as soon as she showed me the vehicle and I opened the door, I fell in love. The car was a brand new vehicle with all the accessories I asked for a more AND it was $20,000 cheaper than the vehicle I was initially iterested in. I told her that I would like to consider that vehicle and I wanted to take it a step further and find out what the bottom line price would be and that I do not dicker prices and that I want the bottom line price and if it is not acceptable then I would move on. She took me to the Manager that she said is the best one and would not try to string me along with prices. She was right. He was wonderful and needless to say the deal was made. She is one of the BEST Sales person I have every dealt with. She made this an extremely pleasurable experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Thank you Lulu for making our experience fun!

Go somewhere else, not even a dealership affiliated with

Go somewhere else, not even a dealership affiliated with them. I bought a suburban from them and have had to put so much work in to the thing in 4 months of ownership that should have never passed MD state inspection including a transmission, ball joints, coolant lines, oil cooler lines alignment, and many more. The transmission went out the day after buying it and now after driving 1,000 miles to Florida it needs a 3rd transmission that place is a joke do not buy a used car from them

I brought my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with

I brought my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with approximately 145,000 miles on it in for transmission service and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the service at Lexington Park Chevrolet. Kenny, the Service Manager, as well as the service technician were very helpful in recommending the correct type of service that was required. Accomplishing the task included complete transmission and cooler system flush and filter replacement. All work was completed in about 3 hours and at a very reasonable and affordable price. I can definitely say without reservation that having this service done at a dealership that has the right equipment and people with the right training and experience was the best choice. I highly recommend the professionals at Lexington Park Chevrolet!
