ZERO/ Beware. Approved Auto/Mega Auto has committed fraud against a Disabled Adult. Purchased Nissan Sentra 2014, $5,500 Cash outright. Bad Transmission. Tried contacting Approved Auto about the vehicle, avoiding phone calls texting me from a different number. Approved Auto/ Mega Auto has stole the vehicle as well. I want to be very clear here. Purchased the car for $5,500. No Financing No Lease. Approved Auto/ Mega Auto, tries to higher the price of the car as extortion after I leave the dealership. That's Fraud. Approved Auto/Mega Auto has a tow driver steal the vehicle as if it’s being repossessed. I have the bill of sale. $5,500. Paid. Approved Auto/Mega Auto has a Stolen Silver 2014 Nissan Sentra. Purchased 98,380. Stolen by Approved Auto/ Mega Auto 98,633. Vin#3N1AB7AP3EY243997. Approved Auto/ Mega Auto has a network. They commit conspiracy stealing vehicles across state lines with tow drivers. Purchase a vehicle from Approved Auto/Mega Auto, They have illegal tactics to put you in a false default. Thing is, I have no financial obligation to Approved Auto/Mega Auto. They stole the car. The law states if the dealership or it's employees steals your car, immediately contact the police and report your car stolen. This is a criminal offense that law enforcement needs to investigate. The car was purchased 02/03/2026. Stolen 02/25/2025. Approved Auto/ Mega Auto Stole the car 22 Days after purchase. Exactly. Less than 30 days. Temporary Tags expire 03/05/2026.. Definitely a Stolen Vehicle. Remember that network I mentioned earlier? They targeted me from Montgomery County, Maryland. This has happened to me with another dealership in Virginia. Committing fraud against The Disabled. When you stealing from The Disabled, says who Approved Auto/ Mega Auto really are. These are people from a Homeless Shelter in Montgomery County. Stealing people's money and cars behind your back. Steal your car from Maryland illegally and stash it in Stafford County, Virginia. ALL FRAUD AND ILLEGAL.

We came in interested in a vehicle and was told to put money down in order to take the vehicle off the market and in essence “reserve” it for us to view and see if we would like it. We were told that this is just to take it off the website and if we don’t like it we would get our money back 100% so we agreed. We came back the following week and the we were no longer interested because somehow the vehicle was not to our liking and they stated we couldn’t get our money back via Cash App as they only send checks. I did not authorize them to send any check and they could not even provide the tracking number. (They didn’t sen anything, just was stalling and feeding any information to get us to leave) they are liars and thieves. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Upon acquiring the 2016 LEXUS NX from Mega Auto Outlet, it was exceptionally dirty; the manager, Orlando, guaranteed that the car would be thoroughly detailed and that the body shop would remove all bumper blemishes. He informed me that none of the dealerships in the vicinity possessed vehicles with several problems and that they would attempt to deceive me. He requested that I leave the vehicle and transport it to my house the following day. During my follow-up the next day, I repeatedly received ambiguous responses suggesting that it was in the shop and would be delivered later that day. They did not do so. Two days later, they delivered the vehicle without performing any of the specified actions. I subsequently learned that they were postponing my transaction until the Navy Federal check was passed, without any work being done on the automobile. While attempting to make a call, the office consistently kept me on hold, and upon eventually reaching Orlando, he employed profanity and threats and ended the call. He additionally retained the second key and informed me that it was in transit. Two weeks later, I traveled an hour to ascertain the status of my key. Another manager was present and provided me with the key. If I could give them no stars I would.

Worst car buying experience ever! Was lied to on multiple occasions. They dropped the car off with 7 miles to empty. Said they would detail and remove a scratch prior to drop off ( never touched the paint). Said my tags would arrive in the mail - turns out they never did and I was stuck with $700 bill to tag the vehicle from sales tax that was supposed to be paid. The list goes on... These folks should NOT be able to do business in VA! Stay far away.
