Lee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Auburn

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Lee Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Auburn. I worked with Mike K every time and would recommend him to everyone. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and he was always thinking in my best interest. By far the best customer service I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle I wont ever go to any other dealer or sales associate! The process, was quick easy and seamless!

Over 3 years I have purchased 4 vehicles,2 Jeeps, I Chrysler and 1 used. In every case Risa Parquette proved to be knowledgeable about the vehicle , the options in it or available for it, we were treated very well by her. In the case of the used car I called Risa and let her know that I needed a car for my granddaughter relatively quickly, I gave her info and price guidelines and she called me back the same day and had found the perfect car. The service department is also very accommodating, noticed my sticker was past due (of course Lee's had called to remind us but I put the apt off and forgot). They fit us in same day.

Cam Edgecomb made my buying experience easy and seamless. His no pressure approach is what made me decide to buy at Lee. His support was consistent and he's still there when I call. Definitely the place to buy...

I went into Lee hoping to meet with someone in regards to buying a Jeep. When I told them what I wanted in my Jeep they attempted to sell me a different model. I was being pushed to purchase something I did not like. In a follow up call on my decision when I stated I still wanted a wrangler and asked if they'd work with me to find one that met my needs i was told "good luck with that" and hung up on. I am appalled by the way I was treated, I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Lee for personal use or for our business.

This is our Third vehicle purchase from Lee Dodge Auburn. Mike K and the team at Lee go above and beyond our expectations. This is why we continue to return for our car buying needs. I needed to find a used car for my granddaughter, having just bought a new jeep and based on the great experience with that I called Risa Paquet, told her what I was looking for and viola by 6pm that day I had a car! She is fabulous, caring and eager to help!!!

Lee Auto did an excellent job in all aspects of purchasing our two new vehicles in the last 12 months. Joe G. was instrumental with purchasing our daughter a Jeep Wrangler for college.
