Customer service is the best part of this business, prices are higher than some dealerships that have pre-owned vehicles, but no ridiculous games, they have 30 day warranties on vehicles and a 10 day no questions asked money back guarantee, carmax is still a lot less stressful than a regular dealership, I will more than likely return in the future to purchase again.
