I have to admit this was the best car buying experience I

I have to admit this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I went thru researching for the car I want online then ordered it transferred to this CarMax branch near me. Once here I was scheduled to see and do a test drive. It just took me less than two hours!!! from the time I saw the car to the time I signed the contract and drove away with it I can’t believe I don’t have to see a finance officer during that day. My sales agent did it from start to finish. Plus CarMax gave us 90 day money back guaranteed if we decide something wrong with car or we don’t like it. I mean this is a pre owned car. Other Dealerships can’t even do that on a brand new one. Kudos CarMax very well done!!

The customer service was excellent.

The customer service was excellent. I didn’t express check out and was ready to pay in full and the whole experience didn’t last 30 minutes. Quick and easy.

The initial sales person Juan helped us and he was very professional and informative. The finalization of the paperwork took way too long, almost 2 hours.
