The store has a very helpful sales team and always

The store has a very helpful sales team and always approached with a smile. Our salesman even paid for our lunch since our outside financing bank was taking a little longer than expected.

By far it was a great experience!

By far it was a great experience! Just one hr phone call went to the dealership max I waited was 3 hrs and then I was on my way out!

I had purchased several vehicles from Carmax including

I had purchased several vehicles from Carmax including one purchased last year. I have not had any problems and I was always in and out within a few hours. This last purchase took a couple of days with the request of documents that were not clearly requested in the initial phase of the purchase. After finally submitting all of the documents it only took a few hours to complete the transaction.

This is the 4th car we bought from CarMax because of the

This is the 4th car we bought from CarMax because of the honesty shown by salesman and the CarMax perks. However, this time Juan Melchor, our salesman did not follow through on his promises: 1. To call in 10 days to see if we were satisfied with the car and 2. To ask his manager about getting a second key for our car. It is unacceptable to expect new owners to shell out another $450 to get the 2nd key for their new purchase. Also CarMax dropped their 9O day return policy to 30 days. That also was a reason we always traded at CarMax. So disappointed this time. Pam Eaves

I was extremely unhappy with the service I was provided.

I was extremely unhappy with the service I was provided. We initially went in to buy a 2024 Cadillac CT5 we waited a whole week to get it shipped down. After waiting the whole week it got there on a saturady and they didnt even let us look at the car anything they told us we had to wait until monday. So we waited until monday we went in I had an approved bank ACH draft in hand I was ready but the whole process of doing the trade in took forever and we ended up taking over 4 hours. We finally finish the process and we went home. When we got home to show the family the new car there was a major gas smell. I texted the sales rep he said first thing in the morning to take it. We took it after waiting all day having the car less than 12 hours we were told it had a major gas leak and the car was a harzard basically we could catch on fire. They let us know the dealership would take 2-3 weeks to fix it we didnt want to wait any longer so they suggested we look for another one. We found one we liked and got it shipped. We liked it and bought it. With that being said its been a week and a half and my bank still has not been paid back for the 2024 that we initally had. I find it very unfair that I am still responsible for a car that I dont own anymore and had for less than 12 hours in my possesion. I am very unhappy with the service I received and more with the sales rep that I had. I have bought 4 cars previously with you guys so I was very disappointed with this. You guys need to do better about checking the cars before realeasing them it couldve ended in me or my family hurt or worse dead.
