Most interaction is online, which is something I prefer. Dealing with car salesman is akin to dealing with the devil. They all want to sell you something you don't need or want, like an extended car warranty or undercoating, or paint sealant. Just a bunch of worthless junk that adds no value to your car. A warranty on the car I purchased was going to cost 30% of the cost of the vehicle. Are you nuts? I am not inclined to spend an additional 30% of the cost of purchase for a warranty that will most likely be used for a manufacturing defect. As for Carmax as a dealership, it is more of an aggregate car seller with a nefarious loan department. DO NOT purchase a car if you have a low credit score. DO NOT get a loan with a low credit score. You will be financially xxxxx with 20% or higher interest rates. That kind of rate is untenable. Buy a used Toyota with high miles from a private seller. Way cheaper. Easy to get fixed. Will last forever. It may not be pretty or sexy, but it will get the job done.

This was hands-down the best car-buying experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, Cody greeted us with a welcoming, no-pressure attitude. Customer service is the best part of this business, prices are higher than some dealerships that have pre-owned vehicles, but no ridiculous games, they have 30 day warranties on vehicles and a 10 day no questions asked money back guarantee, carmax is still a lot less stressful than a regular dealership, I will more than likely return in the future to purchase again.
