I purchased my 2008 Lexus RX 350 from this company and the service was so great I even came back to buy a 2011 Mazda 6 from them. The employees makes you feel at home when you come in. At most dealers now-a-days you have to look for them but as soon as I got out my car and started looking at the Lexus the salesman arrived with the key and we went on a test drive.

Unhappy
I was not please because when the dealer say that can work a deal that means to me that no matter what the sticker price is that they should be willing to make a sell and make the customer happy. But that's a sales person for you always focus on that commission.

Beware of Misreprentation
I drove four hours to Atlanta to pick up a car advertised on website as RWD and when I got there it was AWD. I spoke with a salesman several times on the phone and he never mentioned that the car was AWD and not RWD. I got no more than a "sorry" that I wasted 8 hrs. and $100 gas. SHODDY!

If we had a vehicle listed as RWD instead of AWD we were not trying to misrepresent the vehicle in any way! AWD vehicles have a higher value than RWD vehicles so this was clearly an input error on our behalf. We strive for nothing short of 100% customer satisfaction and we do apologize for your less than perfect experience.
