This was an awesome experience.

This was an awesome experience. All staff were very efficient and courteous. Jovan was just a delight to work and very knowledgeable about all that we inquired about. Would purchase from this company again.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

I cannot list the numerous issues I have experienced and am still experiencing with this dealership. I have left 3 messages for the general manager and still no response. I have been overcharged, they damaged my car and didn't want to fix it. Lost the extra key to my car and told me to look for it at home. Joseph in the service department is extremely condescending. They only care about ripping you off!!.

Tepid at beat

Finance sold is the wrong coverage. Brought it their attention and they never called me back.

Love my 2020 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring

Great experience with Hennessy of Southlake. Frank Parker was awesome and represented the dealership well. I flew in from Memphis, was picked up from the airport and everything about the car was as represented online.

Service

I was in for an oil change and advised by Bob Allen that I also needed fuel induction cleaning. I was certain he states this as part of 30k (which I have had done previously at another loc) but my contract lists svc as 15k (I have 122k mikes) R the time I asked if the cabin air filter needed to be changed, Bob? a reply ? NO?; yet again we have another discrepancy and the service agreement shows ?customer declined? . Not to mention!!! While paying I attempted to confirm services render for the expo visit and Bob?s response with little no interest ?it?s on the receipt? I visit this location because it?s closer than the Cadillac dealership, overall I have had other service consultants who were nicer. And I do question if the service rendered was actually needed or just another up charge, so I checked yes for the recommendation but with caution

Horrible Communication - Not Dependable

I found a very nice 2017 Transit 350 diesel that was for sale by this group. I made an inquiry and was contacted by a sales person to gauge interest and to start the process. I already had financing ready and was just trying to determine what needed to happen next as i had a trade in and with being 200 miles away, I wasn't sure how a drop off would work. Well we ended up being able to talk through those logistics but it was at the expense of many missed texts and calls on the sales associate part as well as changing from a drop off purchase to a" i must drive in now" purchase. I will also let you know they will not work with you for even 20 minutes on holding a vehicle without a non-refundable 500 deposit . I was on the phone with my lending and was making sure of all the details for the specific car that was being purchased and i was asking if they would just hold it for 10-15 minutes while i was on the phone should someone walk in right that second. I was made well aware that they could do no such thing since there was no deposit on the vehicle, even though if i was in the showroom and working with their banking partners they surely would not have sold the car out from under me in the process of talks. After i was able to verify the car was as listed and the vin matched all the criteria that was stated i instantly made a down payment. and sent over all the information that was asked of me. I know we all get busy at times and even i had to wait a day after making the deposit to get them information on my old vehicle and it had to be the next day as it got too late, myself working in the CST and they are in EST. Fast forward to when i arrived. They had not made known to me all the dents and scratches that were on the car or the tore seats or the marred roof and since it was late when i arrived, we just hurried through the process to get it done. I was a little miffed at the condition of the vehicle but was willing to take it with a grain of salt for the mileage and type of vehicle it was still a good deal. I was told there would be 2 key fobs and the only key they had was a rough cut cut they used to drive the vehicle around the lot. When i texted them a week after driving it home there was no response. I called and left a message for the sales person and a message for the General Manager asking when i might receive the other 2 keys that were promised me. No answer, I called again today and i messaged on Linkedin trying to just understand the time frame. I also texted the sales person again trying to understand the time frame for my 2 key fobs. I feel forced to write this review so that folks will know that what ever service you get out of this group, in my experience, is only until you sign the papers and they have your money. Make sure to get everything you are thinking you will get when you pickup the vehicle and expect there to be a large disparity in pre-purchasing communication and post-purchase communication.

Horrible service department

I had my car towed here on July 3rd because my Enclave wouldn't start. I called and was told they were very busy and would get to my car soon. After a week of not seeing about my car and getting the same response "we're busy" I finally got in touch with a supervisor who told me he would make sure my car was diagnosed. Bill, called and said it was my throttle body on Thursday and my car would be ready to be picked up Friday. Friday afternoon afternoon after nobody called I called just to be told it wasn't the throttle body and he'd have to do another diagnostic and of course he wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. After several calls and emails I finally was given a loaner. The following Tuesday he calls and says it "maybe" my timing cable and if the valve is broken I may need an engine. Now 2 weeks later they call and say my car is finally fixed and I owe $4400? My car was at the shop for a month, misdiagnosed, and now I owe $4400? I'm just at a loss for words. The service department here is HORRIBLE!!!

Liars, cheats, and swindlers

This place is the worst. The salesman lied from day one and continues to lie. I saw a car on the lot and had it inspected. Gave the inspection sheet to him and he wrote up a we owe slip. I said I wanted the repairs done before I bought the car. The liar named Keith Baker told me the repairs were done before I bought the car. When I bought the car, the only paperwork he gave me was the purchase agreement and 2 car fax reports. Two weeks later, the problem persist and Mr Baker says, let's schedule your repairs. They fixed the minor problem but didn't do anything to the major issue. I constantly called and was brushed off. It took months for him to provide me with any service records and conveniently couldn't find the we owe slip. Because the major issue was never fixed, I ended up on the side of the road and it cost me over $1000 to fix. When I finally got the we owe slip it was clearly doctored. The major issue was scratched out and the date on the slip doesn't coincide with the date of the inspection. I had previously spoken with the GM and he told me that they agreed to fix both issues but now, they claim no liability. Beware of the shady sales tactics cause once you buy from them, they get forgetful, can't find anything and don't have time for you cause they're always with another client.
