The service department staff was excellent.

The service department staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and never pushy. The service advisor, Natasha, who helped me was especially outstanding. She was clear, honest, and made recommendations I truly felt I could trust. They also provided a loaner car when my vehicle needed to stay overnight, which made everything so much easier. A+ experience.

I went to mazda the other day to get an oil change every

I went to mazda the other day to get an oil change every thing went very good then had to come back to get 4 new tires it also went very good emily was super awesome thank you emily and everyone at mazda for taking care of my car very happy I will definitely come back again great job everyone

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from 495 Mazda

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from 495 Mazda in Lowell. Definitly DO NOT get your car serviced there - unless you would like to have to have your engine rebuilt...... Went in for an oil change and ended up with a blown cylinder head 🤔. My car is a 2024 CX5 turbo. That's really fun.... Won't tell me why and wouldn't help me get in a new car. GM Sean is completely passive aggressive.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. After thoroughly reviewing your case, we confirmed that your vehicle did, in fact, require a cylinder head replacement. This repair was fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, we provided you with a rental vehicle at no cost for the entire three-week repair period. While we always strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible, the global shortage of auto parts resulted in unavoidable delays. We recognize this was an inconvenience and, to further support you, we also offered three months of lease payments totaling $1,500. Although you declined this compensation, we extended it in good faith based on the circumstances. We understand how frustrating unexpected vehicle issues can be, but we took every possible step to address the problem promptly, fairly, and at no financial burden to you. Based on these actions, we believe 495 Mazda handled your situation appropriately and went above and beyond to assist you throughout this process. Thank you again for your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

YOU did not offer 3 months of lease payments - Mazda National did. And you did NOTHING to get that I had to call myself and make that happen. You said my car was unsafe even after the repair (I have that in writing) AND you said it would cost me a lot of money to get into a new lease. And the icing on the case is your GMs voice mail (which I also have) - "Your car is ready - come get it" after saying he was going to follow up with customer care try and get me in a vehicle that is safe. Terrible terrible customer service. But of course you also won't say what happened at that oil change soooo.... don't worry I found a better dealership that DID work with me to get me in a safe car. Liberty Mazda in Wakefield - top notch professionals.
