Purchased a modified 07 Volkswagon GTI from Max at ECH Motors. The car was very clean and appeared to be in good working order on our test drive. We purchased the car the next day and drove it 40 min to Aurora. The car stalled upon exiting the tollway. It started but continued to stall at every stop. We called Max (our salesperson) and he apologized for the inconvenience. He advised that he was leaving town and that he would address the problem when he returned. I assumed that meant the dealer would help rectify the issue but instead we were told that we drove the car off the lot and that they would not offer any assistance to fix the car. My son spent $9230 on a car that would not make it home without stalling and we were told "sorry but we can't help you...we only made a few hundred on the car". If we had known this I would've towed/returned it to the dealer that night and got my son's hard earned money back. I have no problem with Max...he seems honest and is a nice enough guy. My issue is with the dealership not standing behind their product and not supporting their customers. I get it...it's a used car, but at the very least it should get you home without breaking down. The GTI is in the shop as I write. Bottom line...if you purchase a car from EMH you are on your own. Don't expect any customer service after you sign the dotted line...even if it's an hour after you give them the check.

This place is not really a dealership. They have a few cars in an industrial park and nothing is listed super clearly on their site. They were very communicative through text message and drove the car to our mechanic 35 minutes away. Nothing made me want to buy the car, especially after we realized the car wasn't in as "pristine" condition as they were claiming.

Purchased a car from this dealer everything went smooth. Sales persons were polite no hassles would buy again from this dealer. Car was just as ad stated.

I went in to purchase a vehicle and had a very hard time finding the dealer, I went in and someone who apparently didn’t even work for the dealer told me I had to wait to 45 minutes because a car they had in inventory broke down. The guy said I could go back and look at the car. It was the only car in the dark garage. I was told the lights were broken so I just had to look at the car in the dark... I was looking around the car for about 5 minutes before some other person came over and said I could no longer look at it, and asked why the lights were off. The lights worked, the guy just said they were broken. They seemed uninterested in addressing the serious issues the car had, and I walked away after getting a hilariously low trade in offer that was thousands lower than the KBB trade in value.
