Got financing approved fairly quickly.

Got financing approved fairly quickly. First truck they wanted to sell me had been wrecked, or damaged during transport. Frame damaged, missing parts., and one side of the bumper was tied up to the body with a shoe string. The mount from the bumper to the frame was shoved back into the frame. They said they had no knowledge of it, maybe they didn’t. Decided on a low mileage car a few weeks later, but when it comes time to sign the paperwork, it was over $6000 more then then agreed upon the price. Why? Because of the optional warranty they said I needed. Optional, not mandatory. I declined it has the car only had 22,000 miles. Erin in finance insisted I needed this., but again it’s optional. Every time the rewrote offer the warranty was still there, even though I repeatedly declined it. Tried talking to me like I was dumb and didn’t understand how a warranty works. If the car breaks down without the warranty, I pay for it , pretty simple to comprehend. But still would not take it off. So finally, I just got up and left. Checked my mail today and got a letter from Drive N Motion, stating they were sorry, but they couldn’t help me as my credit score was too low to get me financing. Financing was approved three weeks prior. I will say our salesperson Erica was very helpful the whole entire three weeks we dealt with them. But everything else was a complete joke. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Best people to work with!

Best people to work with! Won’t use anyone else! Each time we’ve been in they’ve given the best customer service and have taken wonderful care of us and have gotten 3 of us into vehicles! Highly recommend!!
