They never got back to me so I guess they are so busy one customer doesn’t matter

I’m not doing business here again. I bought a Suburban from them which they showed us and only had a couple of cosmetic blemishes but about 2 weeks later the check engine light came on with a P0521 code for the oil pressure sensor. I notified them and they told me that they were going to “order the sensor for me” and it was also missing the passenger side mirror glass which they said they were also gonna “order for me” and give it to me whenever my license plates were ready. Oil change was long overdue (about 1k miles), they gave me the vehicle with an almost empty tank of gas and weren’t even capable of doing said oil change despite having the shop in the building. I know they work “As-Is” but for them not to go the extra mile and have the vehicle in a safe and functional condition, that is uncalled for.

The guys working here are foul mothed and unprofessional. I have tried to get someone on the phone to ask questions about a vehicle I'm interested in. The guy who answered the phone ask if i wanted to finance and i informed him no, i only want to write a check and pay in full he said ok, let me transfer you. I heard him pick up the phone and shout, " is no one at the f**ckin sales desk" then he hung up on me. I don't believe they want to sell vehicles to good people who are willing to pay in full. Wow, what is this world coming to? These guys are rude and not helpful! I'm also going to mention my husband called last week and the guy on the phone said the sun roof leaks and the owner isn't going to fix it. Wasn't willing to discuss anything further with my husband. Just off the bat said the flaw of the truck( that is not listed under description or damages) and was rude and unprofessional then also! Do not go here if you are looking for a good experience!

What can say that has not been say about this place I came in for the test drive on a Mercedes S550 the sale person say to me may I see your preapprove Letter that was very interesting because I was planning to pay Cash for the car or maybe I will say it was the color that make him assume that I the need a preapprove letter . so SAD it was a present for my. mom

Bought a car from here and took it to the dealership for oil change and was notified that the engine seals need replacing (+$4k), all bushings need replacement (+$2k). All this for a vehicle worth $15k. Was told I would be receiving info to purchase aftermarket repair coverage. Never received it. Called 3 times and was lied to by sales person that he sent it.

Sales people, will not come outside to help you. You have to go get them. I found 9 cars to look at. The cars was not there. I am a 75 yr old widow. The cars look great. Raised the hood and there was 2 feet of oil on the bottom. He said it was dried water. They charge $800 plus to wash the car (prep) $300 to fill out the paperwork to sale you the car(document fee) and they have some rebuilt titles. You WILL get that feeling...they don't you there! They don't deliver

I planned on buying a 20k car from here but after reading the reviews I do not want to be scammed, lied to or make a lemon purchase. Reputation and integreity matters to me. All of the reviews with exception of the few 5 star that kind of say the same thing mentioning their experience was great and would buy from here again (probably by staff), are consistent complaints of dismissal to concerns, dishonesty and bad purchases with no intent to correct or fix. The car I wanted was the perfect fit but I do not want to be sold on aesthetics alone. I want a car that will last. Ill pass. Hopefully they can turn these reviews around and do right because its the right thing to do.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. car broke down less than 50 miles from the dealership. When I called, they were rude and basically told me there was nothing that they would do in the situation. Not even 50 miles $3500 later hopefully my car will be running. Do not trust do not go to these people

This dealership will not call you or respond to text of answer a phone call
