Terrible. Bought a brand new truck and check engine light came on right after I bought it. I?ve been told the whole time I?m ?out of luck?. Would not buy a GM car from any Matt Bowers Dealership.

Upon going into service, I thought I would have a problem
Upon going into service, I thought I would have a problem at first. It seemed like nothing would go right but after speaking with the service manager, everything went well.

I brought my truck in for oil change and service review.
I brought my truck in for oil change and service review. The only thing I can see that needed improvement is the waiting room was not customer friendly. It would be huge improvement to at least provide customers with a snack machine/coffee maker and possibly bottle water.

Malcom was a good sales person and went above and beyond
Malcom was a good sales person and went above and beyond to work with me. I would definitely do business with him again. I would also recommend any body I know to go to this dealership.

On Saturday, I must've called the service dept 20 times
On Saturday, I must've called the service dept 20 times to get scheduled/questions answered. I left call back numbers and a message. I even called the manager number that the receptionist gave me. No answer there, so I left a message there. No callback from (I believe Mr Mercier) him either. I lost a whole day waiting for them. I've always had great service from this place before, but Saturday really ticked me off.

Things are improving there since my last visit.
Things are improving there since my last visit. I stopped coming for a while. We still have to work on some processes for oil change check in. The culture of staff has changed and my visit was more pleasurable.

My sales person was extremely kind and I love my new suv.
My sales person was extremely kind and I love my new suv. I do feel like I could have gotten more for my trade . Some features I had in my old car I don't have in my new vehicle. The experience was good overall.
