I reached out to this dealer many times, sending emails back and forth with different agents, and no one was willing to give me the out-the-door price of a vehicle for purchase. Stay away from dealers that use shady tactics to manipulate buyers by being unclear about prices. This is why dealers get a bad reputation and will eventually be replaced by online buying platforms with clear pricing.

They're trying to screw you at the end I made an offer on a used vehicle, which they accepted. I asked for an OTD breakdown, to which I was told they don't send those. They wanted me to come in to proceed at all. I live far away - I can't do that without a guarantee of price. But just remember everyone - if they don't want to send you and OTD breakdown, it's because they're hiding something. I explained I can't come in on a soft agreement, and I got ghosted. Figures. Shady people with shady practices. Don't bother.

I replied and followed up and never got a response back from Karie. I actually was in the market for an electric car, but the fact they don't even follow up is crazy. Terrible experience so far.

I exchanged about 10 emails with this dealership.
I exchanged about 10 emails with this dealership. It was clear that I wanted to come in to test drive two cars. I was told that would not be a problem. I gave them a 30 minute notice that I was coming, on the same day as the emails. When I got there I was told that those cars were on the showroom and could not be test driven. They were not apologetic in the least. Horrible customer service. I would recommend staying far away from this dealership.

I was initially impressed and interested in the vehicle
I was initially impressed and interested in the vehicle that they posted online for sale. I drove a good 2025 minutes to see the vehicle at their dealership. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment upon my arrival. No one helped me for about a good five minutes until finally, a gentleman who I believe was nota salesman offered to show me the Ultima when I finally got to see the Ultima. It was surrounded by vehicles and not even close to being presentable to me for my appointment and not only that but the vehicle was. In terrible condition in comparison to the photos online, the rims online were a chrome aluminum like and the actual rims once I saw the vehicle had been Poorly spray painted black and we’re already fading. It was such a disappointment. I was set on purchasing this vehicle. I will never return to this dealership or trust their online photos again.

Aaron is a xxxxxxx! All those fake 5 stars reviews are so fake. Aaron tried to sell me a car that had been in an accident after claiming that the car was fine! The yellow series BRZ they have on their website is the one with the accident. I drove from all the way from the San Fernando Valley after calling this dealership they informed me this car was in great condition.. yes it was pricy but I wanted to check it out! And after driving an hour and 45 minutes with lots of traffic I get there and Aaron told me they were set on the price but after checking the car out, I noticed that the yellow BRZ had been in an accident according to those uncorrect color matched paint towards all the over the side of the car and the back!!! Then after pointing it out to Aaron he tells me that we could go inside to talk about the price! Nah screw that!!! WHAT A SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP!!!!! DONT COME HERE AT ALL!!!!!!

Bait-and-switch company. Any car you see at this dealership, add $5,000 to the price! They force you to buy a ‘security package’ that you can’t opt out of.” This so-called security package includes: • A window sticker that supposedly helps police recover your car if stolen (that’s what VIN numbers are for). • Door-jam protection ($10 clear stickers from Amazon). • A “fabric protection program”—a $50 car detail. “On top of that, the customer service is horrific. It’s nearly impossible to get a salesperson on the phone. I had to call four or five times before someone finally “helped” me. Their automated message blames COVID-19 for their bad service—something their sales manager, Rod, repeated word-for-word. I’ve bought many cars from many dealerships, and while many try to sneak in a few markups, this place takes the sticker-shock cake. $5,000 for a few clear stickers and some Febreze on the seats? No thanks. They try to sneak it in at the very end too. Very deceptive dealer.

Absolutely Terrible, save your time and money!
Absolutely Terrible, save your time and money! To start with an extreme lack of communication, came in with hopes to buy a car and couldn't make a deal work, we were close to but couldn't quite get the numbers to work so we walked out, then Angie or someone else reached out through there communication system who asked how everything went and talk about how far off we were and to see what could be don't with there undisclosed prebuilt in roughly 4800 dollars in pre installed add-ons they don't ever vechile! They claimed to have spoke with a sales manager to get the 4800 taken off which would out us about 75/100 dollars less on our payment and we could get a deal done. Finally coming back into the dealership to close the deal and purchase the car a few days later, they have no record of our previous visit, no information on the old deal in which they claimed to be good to go and still in the works but it was a different sales manager than who was there at this time and his numbers were even higher than the negotiated price that we walked out on and he wasn't willing to play ball and his price wasn't going to be the other guys price. So we walked out again extremely frustrated that we have text messages saying one thing but when we get there in person it's a completely different story and they aren't willing to negotiate at all, I would save my time and find another dealer

We’ve called 3x, they said they’d get back to us and never did. We physically went there, saw the car we wanted talked to a boy salesman who got all our contact information and he said he’d get back to us and NEVER DID. We just can’t understand what is going on with them, we will go back and try again once more as there is a vehicle we are interested in but this time speak with a higher up/manager?

They deserve a zero rating! Drove 96 miles while keeping in contact with Angie. When I finally get there, I was told the vehicle I was inquiring about was taken off the lot by the general manager for a pre- purchase inspection. Felt like a switch & bait, this place is very shady! BEWARE....
