I gave the five star rating because, every time I come to Barksdale Cadillac, there's always a salesperson there to greet and me you. I just bought a Cadillac CT6 Luxury Premium 3.0TT, after going to the Mercedes lot and NOT one person from inside the building came out to see what we were interested in.

xm radio was out because my battery had went dead.
my experience is always exceptionally good. They knew what the problem was, it was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. They made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting .

The motor on my front wipers had to be replace.
The wait time seemed a little lengthy, but in all honesty, I don't know how involved replacement was. My main concern is that my oil life was showing in the 30% range and I was unable to have my oil change and tires rotated because the tech said Cadillac requires the oil life percentage to be 20% or below for the service to be covered by Cadillac. My complaint is that live approximately 100+ miles from the dealership and that means I now have to come right back and wait again to have my car serviced. I just think a company should have a little leinacy and consider where the customer lives when enforcing this particular policy.
