A fantastic experience

In my 43 years of buying and selling cars, this was the most comfortable transaction I’ve ever had. Lilly was a joy to work with. She was forthright, honest and very communicative. I never felt rushed, but she was always right there to ask the right question or push the right button with me.

Beware!

If I could give the carshop glen mills zero stars I would! In performing the pre sales inspection and oil change their technician used the wrong parts causing the car to leak oil hours after it was purchased. Then To make matters worse it took a week for them to fix the issue they caused with no sense of urgency - so the first week owning this vehicle is sat in their shop while we got the run around and different stories from everyone we spoke with in the sales and service departments. Save yourself massive headaches and buy your vehicle somewhere else!

Great Experience

I found my car online at Car Shops website but had no time to visit the Car Shop location. I used the online purchase option to secure the car and finalized everything with Erika at the Glen Mills location. The process was very easy and convenient for a busy mom like myself. I had the option of having my vehicle delivered but chose to visit the Glen Mills location to finalize my purchase. I arrived, signed all needed paperwork and drove off with my new car within 20 minutes. The best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. Would definitely recommend and consider a purchase from them again!

Pleasant, no-pressure experience

Diaz is a great asset.

Eric Diaz was very courteous, accommodating and a pleasant person to work with. Diaz did not hesitate when I asked him to accompany me the the Wawa down the street. He waited for me and took me back to the dealership alway maintaining a happy and pleasant attitude.

I was impressed with the test drive without the sales Rep pressuring me and also distracting me from assessing everything. The staff is friendly and patient. I had a wonderful experience. It was worth the drive. The place is also clean.

Won’t be back

Buying experience was pretty good, customer service not at all. “Manager” on duty destroys the paint on the door while we were signing the paperwork, then truck breaks down 2 days later leaving me stranded. They did pay my towing back to the shop and had the issue resolved in acouple days. Instead of letting me have a professional detail shop do a paint correction on the door they were adamant they repaint it I house. Set the appointment up and called multiple times along w 3 emails a full week ahead of drop off to be assured they would have a loaner vehicle and absolutely crickets. Even had the service manager leave notes on the managers desk. When we did t drop it off in scheduled day not even a call to say we noticed you missed your appointment. Read the reviews before buys a used car because after I did I found out this isn’t the first time they e damaged a customers new vehicle while they were signing the paperwork. But I will say the actual purchase experience was good, but I’d expect that cause they are making a sale, after that just hope you do t have any issues.
