Very helpful sales team.

Very helpful sales team. Ryan Spurrell was great. Good trade in value. Nice inventory. Found our new car in production and was able to secure it for us without any problems. We love our new Sequoia!!!

I drove 2 hours in the pouring rain.

I drove 2 hours in the pouring rain. I met the salesman who was very open about the vehicle and polite. The sales manager was very friendly, and I was so happy that there was not any stress. The dealer was very laid back. They answered all of my questions. I will drive their again when I purchase another vehicle.

Never again, especially if they don’t fix this.

I will no longer let Hall Toyota manage service on my vehicle. They have for the past couple of years. I have a business trip in 2 days. I decided to go ahead and quickly change my oil myself since it takes them at least 2 hours even when you have an appointment. I was a diesel mechanic for more than 36 years but have been managing fleets. I went to remove the filter housing and was unable to because it was installed with an impact tool. That is something you never do. It will easily stretch the threads. I had to use my legs to remove the over tightened housing and I am a big guy. Putting it bag on I tightened it the way you are supposed to but it wasn’t enough. I have at least 4 quarts of oil on my floor. My car is undriveable at this point. I called and I am waiting to go off on a service manager.

Terrific sales staff that doesn’t pressure

Traded in my Taurus for a new Corolla. My saleslady, Starr Berger, was a true professional, knew exactly what had to be done to help get me in a new car, and made it happen. She’s fantastic. Shannon in finance was the same. Those two made the whole thing a breeze. Highly recommended

The Best Dealership Personnel

George and I would like to recognize Starr Berger as an excellent salesperson at Hall Toyota. She was patient, especially with two older customers, pleasant, and most knowledgeable about the cars that we were interested in. CUDOS to her. So glad that we got her as our salesperson. All other folks who we dealt with were also pleasant and seemed to have our best interest at heart. Hall Toyota's personnel is the best that we have ever worked with. I got a great deal on my new Corolla and I love it! My salesperson Starr Berger was fantastic! She made sure I got what I wanted!

One in a million

I had the hardest time finding a car. Everyone in VA was charging 5k over sticker. They found the car I wanted, and made me a fair deal. Sheri was so pleasant and walked me through every step.
