Do not buy any vehicles from them

Do not buy any vehicles from Elias . He and his workers are a Crook. I know my God will Judge them. I buy a car from them and that was my worst mistake.from the day I bought the car I have been a lot of problems until now.

NEVER buy from here

We drove 5 hours to pick up this car as the dealership (and I use that term VERY loosely) was unable to find a reasonable company to ship the car. We were not permitted to test drive the car before purchasing it (red flag I know) and we're told the check engine light was on because it was overdue for an oil change. We had to stop at Auto Zone when we left to purchase 5 quarts of oil because THERE WAS NONE IN THE CAR!! We were led to believe the car we bought was checked by their mechanics only to find out after getting there the mechanic had been fired. We were sold a warranty that didn't cover anything. Since buying this car in October 2022, we've already put over $3000 in to it and found out yesterday that now the motor blew. Do not buy a car from here unless you have more money than brains because all you'll do is sink all your money in to your lemon.

Do not buy from 390 Auto

The owner/manager Elias, is lying swindling crook. Buys auction cars, finds out all the problems but has his mechanic clear warning codes, disconnect wires and other things to make the vehicles look better than they are. Then this fat buggar gives all kinds of lips service of how great the vehicles are and if there's any problems they'll take care of it. They will not fix crap! They just clear codes or "jury rig" so the codes won't read for a while. Once you off the lot long enough,it's all your problem and their warranty is just another scam to help sell cars. Anyone who has left a 5 star review for this place is a fraud! It's either teletubby Elias or someone he knows leaving these great reviews. Don't buy from this company ever! There's a reason the 390 auto group website disappeared, all of the pending law suits against Elias!

You know, at first, I was thrilled. I was in a bind and these guys were my saving grace. I was broke, on a short-term stint out of work due to a health issue and I had horrible credit My car's rear end gave out. I got a mediocre loan through an online company and they accepted the bank that it was made through. They made it so I could pay off my down payment and let me come and test drive this car. I drove two hours got there, took it for a drive and asked the girl why it smelled like exhaust. She told me that the twin turbo's had just been replaced and it was burn off. so I buy it. I go in, sign the ppw, even made the company cookies because I was so thrilled with the customer service. I drive this car two hours back home and the moment I hit my driveway the check engine light came on. They offered for me to come back to have it looked at but (two hours!) so they tell me once I drive it 500 miles the warranty will kick in and I can have it serviced here. 500 miles later I find out that it's the catalytic converters and they are not covered under this warranty. 2300 to fix it (it has dual exhaust)when I thought I would take him up on his offer to fix it, his mechanic up and quit so he couldn't fix it. Also... my power steering seized up and I find out that the warranty company will only cover it if they send the mechanic the part. Granted, this guy let me pay off my down payment, and I was late with paying it back... but they sold me a car that they KNEW xxxx well had bad Cat's and I got left holding the bag. I could see if it was 6-7 months down the road, who can predict that kind of thing? but this was less than 24 hours... We asked if he could swap it...he wouldnt. :( guess its my fault for not knowing what bad cats smell like

Very rude act as if they're going to run out the back door with your money and Can you say CASH FOR CLUNKERS. How do dealers like this have a license

Save yourself

Very rude and the cars are not the same as they appear in the pictures. They're in very bad shape outside and not even wiped clean in the inside. Basically Cash for Clunkers
