Purchasing my new vehicle was simple and seamless. My salesperson, David Cappetta, was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about the car’s features both while purchasing the vehicle and when I finally picked it up.

I walked in Donnie met me near the door. Introduced himself, asked me what I was interested in. I told him a RAV 4. OK, we walked outside there it was. I went home and brought my wife into see it. We discussed sales issues and ended up buying the vehicle. No pressure sales and Donnie made the process seem rather easy. Very courteous to me and my wife during and after the sale.

The dealership was very big and beautiful with plenty of vehicles to choose from. It was an easy drive from my home and the staff that I dealt with Brett and Donnie were fantastic and very pleasant.

Dealership kept up pleasant attitudes thru ought my first car buying experience. Financing and my salesman Donnie Sippel did an excellent job making the process feel comfortable, despite it running past typical hours. This delay was primarily because of my fresh experience in car purchasing and other customers picking up a new vehicle and I do not believe reflects any service issues given my still pleasant experience. They were willing to stay longer with me as well, which is a plus.
