Kenny Ross Purchase Experience

After dealing with three other Toyota Dealerships, I found Bob and the team at Kenny Ross to be the most proactive in getting my deal done. Never questioned anything I was requesting how I arrived at my pricing, etc. While we did spend time talking about my used vehicle being traded, I did understand that they are in business to make money and that I knew that I needed to be reasonable with them. I got a great deal on the car I wanted and they can make money on my trade. So everyone should be happy. My sales rep Bob was very professional, no pressure, introduced me to everyone I needed to know there including the GM. Bob realizes their dealership is the least convenient to where I live but based on what I saw of their facility, the extra drive will be fine. Hey I'm driving a hybrid, it’s not like I'm concerned about the fuel I will be using. I also bought some add-ons which they installed there and did a nice job and price was great. Looks like the relationship is getting off to a great start.

Excellent Service!

Great was treated with kindness and was waited on very quick

Show me what I ask for. Gave me a test drive .Treated me with kindness offered me coffee or water while I waited for paperwork..Showed me all the things about the car .set up bluetooth ...was a very helpful all the way around.. Excellent!!!

Not only did we get a good price but Bob McClain and Daniel in finance made sure we ended up with a car we could afford but it has all the options you could want. Thanks Bob!

Marcus Dominish and Rayon Lee

Marcus found the car I wanted quickly and worked with Rayon to get me to the price I was willing to pay. Marcus and Rayon worked the numbers like champs to get me to where I needed to be. Marcus was a down to earth guy that was easy to work with. I cannot wait to pick that new 4 Runner up!

I recommend Marcus Dominish

Marcus Dominish was my saleman whom I contacted via TrueCar.com. His service and attention to me was excellent. I was seeking a 2014 Prius 5 the same week the 2015s started appearing and he was wonderful in ferreting out what must have been the very last 2014 Prius 5 in this sales region. He even drove to the NJ border to pick it up for me in a timely manner. He has been available to answer any questions I've had since the sale, which weren't many as he covered everything with me in great detail at the time of my purchase. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a Toyota.

Toyota Camry

I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and always adorable Toyota. Asking for information about the 2014 Corollas online, Bob McClain promptly emailed and called me. He was a very down to earth, admirable individual. Bob was great with the process of purchasing a new or used car. In the end, I decided to go with a used- certified Camry and absolutely love my decision. Bob was and is a very helpful, insightful, and caring representatives of Toyota, Kenny Ross.

Marcus Dominish was great

The salesman Marcus went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. I had my family with me and he was great with them. He took the time to go over the whole car with me and pointed out some do's and don'ts. I was on the fence between two dealerships and Marcus was the deciding factor in my choice to buy from Kenny Ross. I bought a 2010 Impala from him and have no second thoughts. It fits all my needs and I am super happy. I will be recommending Kenny Ross Toyota and Marcus to everyone I know. Marcus has earned my future business and my recommendation.
