We took our 2004 Cayenne to Bakersfield Porsche for front suspension issues. The initial cost estimate was quite high but Jason did his best to reduce the amount to a more paletteable level. Jason was also quick to respond to my inquiries. In short very professional!

I took my 911 here for a windshield replacement.
I took my 911 here for a windshield replacement. On the first attempt it was misaligned and the weather seal wasn't seated properly. After three weeks of messaging pictures to the service manager, they finally said to bring the car in for a re-install. On the second attempt, the weather seal was turned down and poorly tucked into the frame. The service manager claimed that was the spec. He ignored me when I said it was not spec, I own a couple 911s of this generation and I have the factory TSB and books for the cars - I know how the weather seal should present. I requested a refund and they ghosted completely. Didn't even offer a partial, an apology, nothing. But the service department was glad to reach out to try and schedule my next oil change! Of note, their mechanics (who are not Porsche certified by the way, the service manager said it's all apprentice style back there...so they probably don't have the factory manuals, just a hunch), broke interior trim pieces, the windshield cowl, and left splotches of rtv glue on my paint - and that glue ate into the clearcoat and ruined it. There were weird track marks on the hood and more scratches. Zero accountability, zero apology. Of note, the shop floor is dominated by Harbor Freight equipment - this is budget brand stuff and it's amazing that Porsche Bakersfield can't afford to buy Snap On, particular given their prices. Stay far away, they're happy to take your money, happy to ruin your car, happy to ghost you when you call out their poor work.
