Reydel Volkswagen is an establishment that is highly professional, and they are extremely talented and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of their customers. I have visited several of their locations for various reasons, and have come out satisfied at the end of each encounter. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone; from buying replacement windshield wipers, to the purchase of a new vehicle, Reydel Volkswagen is the group to do it with.

Ray is the man!!
I'll start this off by stating that Ray Forziati is the MAN! I feel like my family and I are his priorities as I'm sure every customer he deals with feels. He actually cares. I do not like car dealerships and I know my family doesn't either. He makes it easy. I don't have to sit there and go back and forth with him he tries to make us happy right from the start. I will continue buying Volkswagens forever BECAUSE of him (and also my obsession with VWs) just got our forth VW from him and I'm sure my parents will be returning because of Ray. Thank you Ray and Reydel!!! Best car buying experiences I have ever had!!!! And I LOVE my 2022 Tiguan SEL R Line that very few people have at this time hehehe

They make you wait too long. Serivce is horrible . It’s not smooth process. They make lots of excess, but never fix their problem. Never going to them again.

Most dealers use a bait and switch tactic when the price of the car seems to low..Some dealers squirmed and hesitated when I asked for a complete itemization of cost. However at Reydel VW they were upfront with the complete price.The people working there were helpful and knowledgeable.The office was spotless and all workers followed Covid guidelines..Excellent dealership
