They were able to get the jeep ready before our trip. Easy to work with. I only wish the dealership could check other dealerships around d the country for back ordered parts. 2 different scenarios where parts were indefinitely back ordered. I checked around the country for parts from other dealerships both times and found the parts within minutes. I had them shipped directly to this dealer to complete the repairs. Otherwise I don't know how many months I would have been without parts.

They were helpful and didn’t try to up sell anything that was not needed.

Awful service. Was charged over 300 dollars to clean and regap the same plugs multiple times when new plugs are just a little over 100 dollars. And the car had 103k on it and new plugs is part of 100k service. Car returned with check engine light on and wouldn’t make it 15 miles or idle for a few minutes without running rough.

Great service, great people, long term staff remember you by name. On time for appointments.
