Repaired a loose driver side rear tail light housing. Tail light housing is no longer loose.

They charged me $180 diagnostic fee for a diagnosis that proved to be wrong. In addition, they returned my vehicle to me with 2 of 3 fasteners missing and claimed I brought it in with them missing. I'm done here.

Everyone was very friendly. The only thing i did not like is that they did not put my drivers side and passenger seats back how i had them.

Glenn is the best service department rep. He is a wonderful guy. We appreciate his patience and personality. Took a while for the warranty company to get it together and he really eased our minds while we waited.
