Abysmal Service department.

Abysmal Service department. Utter lack of customer service. No communication, very long wait times (usually a day or more), even with an appointment. Service team lacks empathy and the desire to help. This is by far the worst service experience I have ever had at any dealership. Avoid this place and its miserable consequences.
