I am irate with this Car lot!
I am irate with this Car lot! I reached out with interest in a vehicle and they began stalking me relentlessly. I was out of the office for my birthday and had an Out of Office message turned on so people reaching out to me for professional reasons knew who to contact in my absence. They contacted my coworker acting as my back up about a car sale. That was so beyond the pale WRONG! Another coworker of mine reached out with mild interest to this lot and they are still hounding her even though she told them she is no longer interested. She has had to go as far as Blocking Ph #'s calling her cell. Every time she blocks a number they call from a different line. DO NOT CONTACT Riverside Ford unless you want to be stalked and harassed!

I went in to get my oil changed. I did not have an appointment, and even though I had to wait a little longer, which was to be expected, the sevice advisor was very courtious, and the experience was very good.
